We chose to stay here after rave reviews in travelfish, recommending it as a fabulous hostel. The hostel is modern and clean, and well designed, with a pleasing, modern feel. However, it is not suitable for families with young children, because all the bathing, and many of the sleeping, facilities are shared, the children run around and make a lot of noise, which disturbs other guests. The 'private rooms' are little more than a white room with a bed in, no space to do anything.
My other big gripe about this hostel is that they charge extra for everything: wifi - 180 bhat a day; use a computer - 60 bhat per hour; take their tuk tuk to the sky train station - 30 bhat per head, and even breakfast is very expensive. Because the hostel is located in a remote place, they have a captive audience in their guests, and they milk it as much as they can.More
