I was on the top floor, so had to walk a flight of stairs of floor 19, was fine.

Good fast elevator,

Staff friendly,

bed hard as a rock,

location is ok with trains to the city just a short walk across a busy road.

Fitness centre was good, but opening hours 12pm - 9pm really took time away from your day, and jacuzzi isn't working.

An average hotel away from the hussle and bussle.

We stayed at the Nasa Vegas the last 5 nights. We were upgraded to a Deluxe double. We had a refundable reservation through booking.com but then and even lower rate came up at booking.com but was non refundable - about $17 US a night so we took it. After I discovered that the same very low rate was the regular rate at the hotel site
safety deposit boxes of different sizes free with key deposit
ARL multi ride tickets are available including senior passes for about half fare (senior not available on Skytrain except for Thai citizens. Still a convenience.
Family Mart directly across the street - not the busy one

Pro
Inexpensive
room service no extra charge and no tipping allowed
Most entrees were 140/180 baht
friendly staff
strong internet - 150 baht for 24 hours starting with first login
we were on the 16th floor - not at all noisy

Con
very hard mattress
no A/C in bathroom - louvered windows
It is not o the Sky train as many say but rather on the City Line of the Airport link (ARL)
When you exit the ARL you have to cross a 6 lane road at a buy corner where the traffic light is apparently turned off. It is safest during rush hour when you can cross with a group and the cars are moving slowly but you have to be very careful of motor bikes coming between the lines of cars
LOTS of construction in the area including the ARL which is building a bridge to the hotel over the street.
Location is not very central

Room Tip: Try a high floor away from the construction

Good price - quality, but if you are interested in seeing Bangkok, this is no the best place since it is really far from the center! It is really cheap though, you can get a double for less than 10 euro already! The rooms are really good for the price, clean and eveything.
You can get here with the airport metro directly, so good connection for a layover...

I used to live here for over six years in the late 990s and now I always stay at nasa vegas whenever I visit Bangkok. With the new rail link train system, it is extremely convenient as there is a station/stop directly in front of the hotel

The only good thing about this hotel is the fish tanks in the foyer. It is all so deceiving as when you arrive the reception and front entrance looks quite decent and proffessional....then once you get upstairs to your room it is all reminicant of CROSSROADS MOTEL if you are old enough to remember the tv. programme. We were half expecting to see Meg Mortimer herself appear from the wobbly door and shakey wall room dividers. The rooms are really shockingly outdated with green painted woodwork and tacky minging carpet. The bathroom smells and you can feel the bed springs through the ancient worn mattress. What is so annoying is you just feel that the Hotel knows that they dont have to spend any money updating and improving this hotel with basic things because they know that guests will keep coming back because of the convenient location it is in. A money spinner for them but a downright depressing place to stay in after a long tiring flight.

Room Tip: The sofa next to the fish tank in reception

Great hotel, rooms could to with a little refurbishment but for the price you can't complain there clean, serviced everyday and have a mini bar fridge in the room.
Food is really nice good variety and cheap, they also do room service which is really quick considering how big the hotel is! Staff are all eager to please.
Only down fall is bit far from main centre Bangkok but cheap enough to flag a taxi down or get the boat which is a faster way to get around, and no free wi fi 150 baht a night.
Also my husband and I couldn't go into the steam room together they have separate areas for male and female.
Would stay again if coming to Bangkok

We stayed in room 609 super deluxe room is pretty basic but we where out most of the days so was just to sleep and shower in s also very quiet compare to the front facing rooms.

Room Tip: Back facing room away from train and traffic

Really nice entrance and reception.
Good location for access to suvanabhumi airport and the sky train link.

Little bit dated in the rooms. But all seemed very clean.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Really cheap.

Good value for money
