i like this hotel for so many reasons: it offers great value for the price, it is conveniently located between 2 seven 11 and 2 malls, in a safe area, near airport link. The rooms are always clean, well lighted and the air conditioner functions well s the freezer. The restaurant offers good food at ok prices . But most important is the quality of employees front desk ,maintenance, room service, restaurant: all are kind, polite, helpful and friendly. Most of them master English. Any problem is always solved rapidly. The management is reliable and other customers feel good also. I travel in many cities of the world for my work and this one is my preferred hotel.

Room tip: all rooms i had were good rooms

JL Bangkok on Ramkhamhaeng Street shoves you right in the middle of the typical Bangkok hustle and bustle. However, it's a relief to know that shops. stores, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance and public transport is easily accessible. The hotel staff were generally very helpful and friendly, the breakfast buffet was quite good and the lunch they served was very appetizing. Overall, it is a good place to stay if you are staying for a short period of time.JL Bangkok helps you cope with the Thai heat while allowing you to feel the Thai beat!

Room tip: Choose a room on the higher levels of the hotel if the room is road facing

This hotel is some side street in the city and the view from the windows is of dirty shacks. The bathrooms have no exhaust and they ask for deposit even after the whole room rent was paid in advance online.
