Was a bit dissapointed with the whole outlook of the hotel, decoration was shabby and poorer lit. Check-in was slow due to the front desk staff being absent-minded where she kept forgetting that she had taken the necessary documents from us and was unsure which room are double bed or two single beds. There is only one lift going up to the rooms. Its small and thus squeezy. If you plan to take the stairs, do be mindful that some sections are extremely steep compared to others. You'll have to go down all the way to the hotel lobby should you wish to make a cup of coffee or tea as they do not provide electric kettle in the room. Do not get shock when you enter the room and find that there is only a see thru glass separating the bathroom and bedroom. You'll have to pull down the blinds for privacy. There are bits and pieces of incomplete settings compared room-by-room, for example hair dryer was spoilt, phone and safety box was missing, uninstalled tv channels and there was one room with extremely dirty pillow. Other than that, the rooms are faily average, aircond was extremely cold.
