“Very convenient”

As other reviews have mentioned it is perfectly placed to explore the Old Quarter of Bangkok, markets etc. and it is close to all the major transport routes. The staff were very helpful assisting with transport to the Cambodian border etc.

Breakfast was basic but good with toast, fried sweet bread, fruit and a coffee machine available.

The room was clean and comfortable. Because of the Hotel's room layout the sound does travel into the rooms from the elevator/rooms lobby, but not much can be done about that.

All and all it was a pleasent experience and good value for money.

Stay in Bangkok by the metros. Although cabs are cheap, the city’s horrendous traffic makes you want to escape above (BTS) or below ground (MRT). I like this area too: along Silom Road in the evenings, there are clothing and street food vendors. Restaurants, clothing stores, coffee shops populate the store front.

Hotel and the rooms: the small, cloistered space of this boutique hotel make a bit of noise inevitable. Nothing too bad, you can hear people coming in and out of rooms, anything in the halls, and for sure the cleaning staff during the day. A decent breakfast included.

Overall recommended, more for the location than the hotel.

Location - very centrally located off Silom Road, minutes on foot to Saladaeng Skytrain station and Silom subway station.

Service - am so pleased with the service, I have been raving about it to my Singapore friends since I came back. The receptionists were very friendly, helpful and always cheerful. They were quick to attend to minor requests like the time when I mentioned that towels were not provided in my room. On my second night, they upgraded me to a larger room with king-size bed although I was travelling alone. They go the extra mile to call for cabs to wherever you wish to go including the airport.

Accommodation - new, bright and clean. The pastel color scheme was very soothing. Toilets/shower rooms were small but clean and functional. No grounds for complaint at all. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear-plugs as the rooms are not 100% soundproof.

Breakfast - it was simple but there are plentiful roadside stalls selling noodles etc. So food is not a problem.

Internet - there is a computer at the main lobby for use by guests.

Room Tip: Ask for rooms at the back to avoid being woken by traffic noise in the morning.

This hotel is a little pricer than some options, but the location is so good that it is worth it. You are located on both the Skytrain and Metro routes with good shoping and Thai massage in a lower key setting than Koh San Road. While close to Pat Phong, the hotel is actaully located in a fairly residential area. It is also one of the few mid-range accomodations in Bangkok with a family room that will accomodate 4 people. The room held the four of us, plus two firm king-sized beds with space for our luggage - no small feet in Bangkok. It's not fancy, but they provide free lattes and cookies 24/7 and include free breakfast as well. We are going to stay there again on our way back. As an added plus the free wifi is blazing-fast.

Being there stay for 2 nights and its near to BTS and MRT. From airport can take the new airport train and transit to BTS or MRT.

I book a single room and upon arrive my room is upgrarded to standard room without additional charge. Room is clean and unique, location is great which a short distance walk can reach night market.

Stayed at Superior Family room for 3 nights. B2,400/night. Value for money as we had 2 king-szied beds which comfortably sleeps all 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids, 7 & 12 yrs old) as compared to hotels which need us to book either 2 rooms or squeeze all 4 into two super-single beds. This is an Inn (not hotel - so no facilities, which is fine by us). Price includes 'mini' breakfast corner (toast, biscuits, coffee, tea, chocolate drinks). Location is superb - 5 min walk to Sala Daeng BTS, Silom Metro. Staff is friendly. Has free wifi connection.

Flip side - walls are rather thin. We had no problems except on the first night when some guests came back rather late and I was woken up. Some might be bothered by the lack of windows and natural light. My room has a window which opens up to the side street (not a pretty view) and hence the curtains were drawn all the time.

I stayed for 3 nights, and i have to say that its an amazing place! Nice and cozy lobby where u can get free coffee 24 hours and a simple breakfast in the morning. Its so cozy that it feels like your own living room! Staff are helpful, friendly and english proficient. Rooms are small, simple and clean, with basic toiletries provided and a comfortable bed. TV is small, but who cares what the TV is showing when you are in bangkok?? Best of all, it is located between Sala Daeng BTS and Silom MRT, with only a 7 min walk (i timed it!) from the hotel. Just amazing!
