The hotel is located 30min away from center, but the skytrain BTS stop was just around the corner (you have to pay extra 15thb for skytrain ticket because it is so far away). The hotel has to "tower", the older and the other look newer. We stayed to nights in the older and our room was fairly ok. It was clean enough to sleep in, bedsheets were not so clean but we had sleepingbags.

The near school started very early to shout in the loudspeakers, but we could sleep with the earplugs so it wasn't so bad. Breakfast was horrible!! Don't even bother to go check it, toaster functioned only when the water machine functioned and there wasn't anything to eat if you don't want to eat rice or noodles for breakfast. We went to center to eat breakfast.

The staff was friendly for us, though they didn't speak english well. After all, I would't go again but it went for to nights because it was already paid.

Hotel is located 25 mins out of central Bangkok. You need to use a bus or the BTS for transportation, convieniently it is a 5 min walk to the closes BTS station.

The hotel is next to a school, which meant we were woken at 7am everyday by a lady speaking over a loudspeaker which lasted at least 30mins.

Don't bother with the breakfast, we opted to go out for breakfast instead. The food options are limited, the toaster took 5 mins to cook the toast causing a big queue up, the milk for cereal was hot and when we asked for cold milk they didn't understand. The eggs are pre cooked and cold.

The rooms were clean and housekeeping did a good job. But the front desk staff were rude, unfriendly and very unhelpful. Our front door handle fell off and after informing them of this they did not fix it and on our check out charged us 1000 baht which we refused to pay.

One positive was the large rooms and the 50 baht large Leo's at the mini mart.

There are much better places to stay in Bangkok.

We had a little problem with one of the rooms on the begining - it was dirty. I told about it in reception, and staff cleaned it immediately.
The main reason to book this hotel was internet access. We stayed in this hotel 3 days - internet we had only one.
Hotel have very good breakfast and good location - near BTS sttion.

Very rude guy at the front desk. Geyser wasn't working in the room despite the electrician trying to fix it twice in one day. Broken bolt on the main door of the room. In short, do not go !!! There have to be better places in Bangkok. They expect you to buy water from the mini mart once you finish the 500ml of drinking water they provide per head per day. The staff at the front desk could reallly use a crash course in manners !!

Very quiet place 100 m from BTS Sukumvit Skytrain station Phunawitti. Recomended for a quiet sleep. Very friendly reception staff. I stayed in the old wing. Rooms are ok and clean. Food is ok. Some customers kept complaining and expected this 3 star hotel to be a 5 star hotel. Book new wing if you expect 4 star service. Overall happy. I will come again because of good train connections and very friendly staff.

Room Tip: Book New Wing if you expect 4 star service.

We stayed in hotel from 19/11/2012-21/11/2012, the room was average with AC of low efficiency. Hotel has not provided any complimentory (except two botteles of water /day)like tea/cofee bags or other in refigerator on payment basis. The kitchen service was not so good, as we were served tea not enough hot, after around 35 minutes of order. Kitchen was not lifting intercom, inspite multiple effort.Tthe reception was good....and hotel should provide some indian break fast/fooding, when allowing indian guest to stay in thier hotel....as no indian fooding is available surrounding the hotel.....also.

Room Tip: Not good to stay for indians.....because of location and fooding.....
