“Good location & Value for money”

i have stayed in this hotel for 2 times. The 1st time is kinda difficult to tell the taxi driver, as they dont really speak english and they dont really know the hotel location. You need to ask taxi driver to turn to the small lane to get into the hotel. But surprisingly the hotel is very good, staff are friendly, room was ok and clean, bed is comfortable and they have tuk tuk in front of the hotel and will bring you to the main road for free (check with the hotel for timing). Tried the massage in the hotel, but unfortunately the massage wasnt so good. Its too soft and i cant feel anything. Location of this hotel is good, pratunam area, walking distance to pratunam market, platinum fashion mall, baiyoke building, and few minutes to city link rail Ratchaprarop station.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights (2/12 - 5/12) and I would say that generally its a value-for-money-stay with Citin Pratunam.

Located just 10 to 15 mins walk away from Platinum Mall with many street stalls located along the way, I did not mind the short walk out everyday. Plenty street stalls and 7/11 stores are located along the same street where the hotel is located operates till after midnight, so tourists like me will not have any issue looking for cheap and good supper in the room.

Overall, the sleepy quality is good with comfortable bed and cozy room design but there's a problem with water heater in the bathroom (Room 2206). It's always a challenge to get the right temperature for the water to shower in. It either gets too cold or too hot within the slightest adjustment and because of this, showering suddenly became a chore for me in BKK. Most staffs of the hotel are friendly and warm except for the receptionists who seemed to be rather hostile..

But for the price that I had paid for, its been a pleasant stay.

Was there with a rather large group of friends, 7 paxs in total.
As it is the 3rd recurrence visits to citin, everything turns up rather smoothly. Route to the hotel from the airport took approximate an hour, while the GSO were rather friendly and courteous. Offer to store our luggages due to us reaching hours earlier from the suppose check in time.
Our 3 nights stay were splendid as we are able to get to our desire shopping compounds with mere 10mins walk. Even those stalls are selling delicacies that are tasty and economic, just directly outside the hotels.
Will definitely be my choice of accommodations whenever my Visits to Bangkok

We had checked into the hotel on 17th Nov Early Morning. We thank the staff for allowing us early check in.
Room Given is in other premises of Citin " Sagar Citin" . We are said " King Size bed is in Sagar Citin ".
We were given Room 2702. Locker in the room was not working. That room Stinks.Every time you leave your room and enter again, it stinks badly. Call the Housekeeping and get room freshners applied. Again and Again. We wanted to change the room, but had to wait for the next morning to get it happened.
Finally we changed the room next morning

Room 2
Everything is nice now but a problem of water blockage in the shower area.

Cannot change the rooms again for a 2 night stay.

Things are petty , but important too.

Small hotel but clean and friendly staff. Vegetarian breakfast with very few choices of food. The location of this hotel is very good. Cheap clothing wholesale shops just 10 minutes away and thousands of them connecting each other. Big shopping malls are also within walking distance. Fantastic place for shoppers.

The hotel is good and clean. Staff are friendly. Located in a place with easy access to Indian Food and Pratunam wholesale market and Platinum Mall. Staff are very helpful in transferring my luggage to the train station (to Suvarnabhoomi airport), just a couple of minutes away by walk.

Was there on the 31/10/2013, Thursday. I was so excited to show my 2 friends who had never been to Bangkok. We were excited and was looking forward for the hotel as heard the hotel was splendidly clean and updated like the ones in KL.
And so we search for the hotel. Takes ages to find the hotel as the google didn't read such hotel and the google didn't work well in Pratunam. Guess its too many electronic disturbance ahahhah. anyway that was find until we reach the hotel.
"NIGHTMARE" starts to haunt us. the front office staff was unfriendly, (plus she is so mean) and she shouts she didn't talk -.-
And so we went to the room and to found out that the room is tiny and its dirty in a way.

There is cockroach. the aircon didn't
work. there is no channel on the tv so it practically a tv with no entertainment. Might as well don't put a tv in the room.
I don't care and went out with all my friends for dinner and lil shop. it was shocking that Bangkok sleeps early. 8pm shops starts to close down.

The hotel SPA and massage is crappy. the staff is caressing you not massaging you. ANNOYED!!.

WORSE BIG IMPACT for me.... no offense to the vegetarians... the breakfast is vegetarian.. Im was stun but eat anyway perhaps it might be nice. But I was wrong.. the food taste like moth balls and yoghurt is like 1969...

Yuck!!!!

Citin Pratunam is a disaster cause all the staff are not friendly and don't smile nor even greet and look as us like we owed them money..
To all whoever wants to stay in this hotel, Please think about it. short term is ok but not long term.. The tu-tuk drivers always touting in front of the hotel to CON you. be careful cause the staff at Citin Pratunam won't do anything to help or chase them away.
Please save your money and stay at A-2 House, First hotel or GLOW or even Bayoike sky,suites. if you are staying in Pratunam.

Thats all the rating from me for this hotel is Minus zero.

Go somewhere else.
