We stayed in a spacious one bedroom. There was a foyer with pretty art work, a living room with comfortable couches, tv, coffee maker and mini fridge. There was a balcony overlooking the main road. the bedroom came with an attached bathroom and wardrobe. The linen was clean and beds super comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked with essentials.

The hotel provides a free local sim for the entire trip which saves you the hassle of buying a sim card separately. The rooms have wifi and The hotel also lends you a laptop for the duration of the trip. Tenface is 3-5 mins away from the BTS and they have a convenient tuk tuk shuttle to ferry you to and fro. They also provided a good city map and complimentary full day BTS pass.

While there is no attached spa, the hotel suggests and ferrys you to a awesome little massage place couple of streets away. The hotel restaurant and bar remained empty most of the time, but the breakfast was pretty sumptuous. The staff also offers helpful tips on local tourist spots, restaurants etc.

Overall, I loved the huge spaces and helpful staff. I will definetely go back again.

Room Tip: The rooms with balcony overlooking the main road are good. Since the hotel is a street away from the...

tenface is chic, with spacious rooms and friendly staff. the one bedroom suite we stayed in comprises a foyer, living room with balcony, bedroom with en-suite and wardrobe area. the entire hotel is littered with art such as sculptures and murals.

a local pre-paid SIM card is included in the booking, and you can use this to call for shuttle service to and from the hotel and BTS (abt 5 mins ride). while we found this extremely useful, but we had 2 phones - we diverted the wife's line to my mobile, and kept the local SIM in her phone the entire trip. if you only have 1 phone, or have different itineraries, we're not sure how fuss-free it would be having to switch SIM every time you want a shuttle from the BTS.

also, do note the hotel does not have onsite spa services. however, the shuttle will whisk you to a basic massage parlour abt 3 mins ride away.

all in, still a fantastic choice and highly recommended. We love the generous space for our 19mth-old to run about, and all the pros far outweigh the minor inconveniences. in our opinion.

will definitely stay at tenface again when we next visit bangkok.

Room Tip: Rooms are either East-facing or West-facing. However, there is a major road on East, while the pool...

Coming from the U.S on one of the early bird specials, we landed at 0130 in BKK. Being that our booking was for that same day at TENFACE Hotel, but not until 1400, we knew we had some time to kill (chances of our room being still occupied until a noon check out seemed likely). After taking a hair raising taxi ride at 0300 by a drunk/stoned taxi driver was all part of the adventure for us.....right. Anyway, getting to the hotel around 0400, we spilled out of the cab, and directly into the waiting arms of hotel staff :). At check-in, we went through the expected hullabaloo of being early, and agreed to pay 50% of that days rate to get us into the room early. GREAT.

Helped up to the room by the chirpy, happy bellman who asked all the normal questions about "where you come from?", "Have nice trip?", "1st time oin Bangkok?"...and so on, but at this point after a 21 hour day we were zombies. The room was spacious, well laid out, and with tasteful modern decorations, and an inviting sofa to spread out on. COOL. Subdued colors made the room seem warm, and comforting, and then wandering into the separate bedroom and seeing the King bed with faux 4 poster awnings was heavenly. Pulled back the blinds to take a peek, and from our 6th floor we had a nice view of the Bangkok skyline all lit up.......another COOL.

The bathroom was great too, I mean 2 showers......really? 1 in the bathtub, and the other a stand up wet shower next tlo the tub separated from the main part of the bathroom by a high glass wall, and glass door. Loads of pressure, and plenty of temperature range...........COOL.

Anyway, in a nutshell, this was a classy, hip, relaxed hotel that I would definitely recommend to anyone. The staff, from the Bellman to the Restaurant staff, Receptionist, Tuk Tuk driver were all smiles, helpful, and had plenty of in-sight to share. They were all great. 5 Star.

If I had anything bad to say, it isn't really about the hotel, just the area it is in. It is out of the way, even though there is a free Tuk Tuk for guests 24 hours a day, but walking anywhere outside the hotel is going to require some leg work. Taxi drivers are generally bad wherever you go, and BKK ones are no better. Even with a card given to us by the hotel with a map and directions in English and Thai, drivers couldn't find this place without us giving pointers as we got close (and you can imagine how those conversations went in English and Thai!!). But that was the only sticky point, yet minor for us, but others might find it helpful.

Room Tip: 6th floor looking towards the city skyline

No doubt TenFace isn't located close to BTS or any main street, but this hotel provides 24hr shuttle service and it is so handy to get around. We used the shuttle service to main road where BTS was located. The staff here are all very friendly and helpful. The design of this hotel is modern and clean. I was very impressed with our hotel room. It turned out to be a one bedroom apartment and a lounge and bedroom with an ensuite. I do love the fact that it is so spacious and it made me feel like as though I lived in a very high end apartment with designer's touch. Highly recommended! Well definitely be straying at TenFace again when we are in Bangkok

Beautiful hotel, from lobby to the rooms! Very spacious room, comfortable bed, provides iPod for you to listen to music, local SIM card for you to use during the stay, and very helpful concierge that is willing to help you make restaurant reservations! Only issue is the location a bit hard to find, hidden deep in the ally. Tuk tuk is available if needed to deliver you from hotel to the Main Street. Otherwise it's a great bargain and wonderful place to stay!

I RESERVE 5 STARS FOR ONLY THE BEST PROPERTIES // EXPERIENCES. OVER-GENEROUS RANKINGS BRING DOWN THE QUALITY OF REVIEWS

The TenFace offers great value for money (great deals on the web). The room I had was effectively a suite as the building appears to be an apartment complex converted to hotel. There are even long-term stay offers. The room was clean and had a "modern" feel. It was perhaps slightly dark.

The check in process was painless, and there was no one at the desk at check out, so I just left the keys.

I did not eat in the hotel. There was a loungy bar with music playing when I checked in at 8pm, but there was no one there.

The number one issue with this hotel is finding it and then coming and going. It is on a small soi off ruamruadee that takes a solid 5-10 mins to walk down. Getting to the hotel is easy once you figure out the location, but leaving can be a pain as there are NO taxis or motorcycles around. I had to walk both mornings

My wife and I are fairly regular visitors to Bangkok (from Vietnam) and found this to be the best of the places we have stayed so far.

The hotel is stylishly decorated with spacious, well equipped rooms, good breakfast, and staff that really couldn't be more helpful. Simple details such as fast easy internet access, a travel card and local SIM on arrival and an espresso machine in the room make all the difference to this perfect place.

Access to the hotel is a 10 minute walk (or free tuk-tuk) down a quiet street which makes for a quiet place to stay and a welcome change from a lot of places in Sukhumvik. Ask the staff any question and you will get a well informed helpful reply. Highly Recommended.
