Hip Bangkok

What an outstanding stay for me, such as a single male traveler it is to cost US$53.00 per night at this "Hip Hotel, Bangkok"!

Because the taxi drivers do not know the hotel from anywhere including the airport, you should ask them to go to "Emerald Hotel" located in "Huai Khwang", "Soi (street) Ratchadapisek" and need to guide them the exact location further to reach the hotel.

The early check in is available. Requesting the receptionist "With bathtub" and "Non-smoking" if you do not smoke are highly recommended. The check in process is smooth and the receptionists speak English fluently.

My room, "Cool Studio" in Room number "812" is awesome as my personal perspective. The bathtub so large enough to take half an hour to fill up hot water. The room is clean and the employees are attentive when I order the room service.

The chargeable WiFi in THB 400 daily (THB 1000 weekly) is not acceptable. Contracting "Tourist Plan" on "Truemove" company for your internet at the Suvarnabhumi airport in advance is recommended. LINE on the plan is available.

Complimentary buffet breakfast is awesome in a variety of choices though the menu is almost same everyday.

There're no swimming pool or fitness center in a hotel.

No noise is heard from my room.

Pros: The best location for male single travelers who are a fan of Massage Parlor and the hotel is very near from those: Walking for 3 minutues to MRT station, "Huai Khwang"/Walking for 2 minutes to Massage parlors, "Natali" and "EMMANUELLE"/Walking for 1 minute to 2 Seven Eleven stores near by this hotel and 3 foot massage shops.

Cons: Chargeable expensive WiFi (THB 400 per day or THB 1000 per week)/Location unknown by any taxi drivers.

Reference: See attached photos for details.

Room Tip: Request again the receptionist when checking in of "With Bathtub" or "Non Smoking&quo...

Have been staying here for the past few visits but my girlfriend and me found that the recent stay's breakfast is rather bad.

The water pressure in our room is also weak. Seems like the hotel is getting a bit off its usual good standard. However the staff especially the chambermaids are rather helpful and friendly, making our stay a satisfied one.

Room Tip: Don't ask for the highest floor.

The room is large and the bed is comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful. This might be a new hotel, most taxi drivers do not know if you just mention the name. The breakfast is fine.
The shower was pretty slow, I had to wait almost 10 minutes for the water became warm. This is not suitable for hot Bangkok. A few of group tours made a lot of noise at the lobby. If you take a taxi, make sure tell the driver the same soi as Emerald hotel.

Truly value for money, especially if you travel alone or with a very small group of friends. Rooms are v clean & spacious; beds & pillows are comfy. Toilet ok too. Although it is situated inside a small road, the night outlets are just a short walk on the main road of Ratchadapisek. Full of nice massage parlours; can't go wrong. Nice new place named Madame Kitchen, go look for Ah San, the manager and mention my name & my review, he will treat you well :)

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights for the first time as most of the time stayed at the hotel next door.

The check-in was a breeze with the porter helpful and friendly. The room was clean with a nice bathtub for the Cool Studio room which I booked. The bed is comfortable and the room well-equipped. However the rate for the internet is too expensive.

The breakfast is nice though the selection of the food and beverages are limited.

My girlfriend and I were so happy with the hotel that we have cancelled the next booking of the hotel next door in my next visit at the end of the month and booked this hotel for our next stay.

Room interior design acceptable, clean, but Air-conditioner vry noisy, no free internet access for in-house guest, not fair enough for in-house guest still need pay for Wi-Fi. It hard to tourist using internet if they didn't purchases local SIM-card. Restaurant food is good and tasty, for breakfast.Bellman services poor enough. No morning call for my room when I was in-house guest.

Room Tip: Room interior design special for each different room type
