Stayed in Febr and March 2014 first time in this apartment-hotel. I was granted a 60sqm suite, even I was alone. There was everything and even more than I needed. Furniture black and white, spacious kitchen and big fridge. Comfortable living room with sofa, desk, good lightening, TV and DVD player. The bedroom has lots of wardrobes - I could stay there longer and find place for all my things.(and safedepositbox) The bathroom is spacious with amenities (which I did not expect), nice towels, good hairdryer. I felt really at home, at ease and wifi worked very well. I only found out the second time the last day that there is a pool and fitness-room. Well, the reception is probably the only thing which could be improved. But helpful whatever I asked, just not very efficient. Such as giving informations would have been the duty on my first arrival. I was there when the big demonstrations were still going on and traffic was difficult. However they managed to get me a taxi and also arranged for a known taxi driver to bring me safely to the airport and the other time to the bus terminal. Also I was allowed to leave luggage behind while being abroad from Thailand. The area is very close to Silom Road and the Sky train station Sala Daeng. Also the MRT station is just 5 minutes away. Patpong Night market is on Silom Road and lots of restaurants are in this area. In the same building is one of the best italian restaurants of Bangkok. I did not try because I prefered Thai food. Many hawker stands are on Silom Rd at night, no problem to try to eat there. The breakfast is brought to your apartment and you have to choose the evening before. Its not a big choice but good and still you have the kitchen to prepare additional goodies.

Room Tip: My bedroom was inside the building, no direct window. However, the aircon was agreable and the open...

If you are looking for a quite place in the heart of Bangkok, this is the place. A beautiful old colonial style architecture hotel. Few minutes walk from BTS Saladaeng station and to Silom Complex.
Room for studio fits for two person with breakfast included and sent to your room every morning.
The room is quite big for two, complete with all the kitchen appliances, sofa and TV.
The only down thing is (if you are an internet nerd) is a studio only comes with ONE wifi password and connection, so if you travelling with two, you have to fight for it (LOL!). The staff is helpful and can speak proper English, so if you need any help just give them a call.

The room card can be use only for your own floor, so if you are staying with your family which is in a different level, you need to ask them to pick you up at the lobby.
But overall the hotel is a great choice for stay. Quiet from all the hustle in Silom (if you know what i mean).
Definitely a choice for stay again in Bangkok.

We stayed here during the early parts of January, and again at the end of January til February for almost two weeks, and we enjoyed the privacy we got, compared to other 5 star hotels, which are self rated, we would rather be here instead. These are self service apartments which serves our needs just right, and on top of all that, it is really convenient that we can buy everything we need a few minutes away. Big bonus is that just in front of the hotel is a small market that sells you all sort of local thai food, and Silom is just around the block. Perfect for people who wants to have their own cozy apartment in the center of the city.

Room Tip: Does not make much difference if you are on a lower or higher floor, but the rooms at the back of th...

Buyer beware.

Stayed there twice with family. First time they were excellent, but second time it was awful. They 'forgot' to tell us that they were going to turn off the power during our stay. No power also meant no air conditioning, lifts and water!!!! When I asked the staff to explain (in English and Thai) they could offer no reason, or reduce their rates.

My partner and I and our 18 year old son stayed here for 3 nights. We chose it because there were 2 bedroom units available which were considerably less expensive than booking two comparable hotel rooms. The unit was very spacious with a kitchenette and a large living room along with the 2 generous bedrooms and 2 modern baths. There is also a small lap pool and a not-very-well-equipped workout area. The reception and security staff were very pleasant and helpful, including assisting me in figuring out the coin operated washer and dryer that they have for guests. The location is great - a 5 minute walk from both the Skytrain and the subway, with food choices ranging from street stalls to fine dining within an easy walk. The only downside is the unimpressive breakfast. We were spoiled by several lodgings that had varied breakfast buffets. This hotel has no dining room, so one has a choice of 2 uninventive breakfast menus delivered to the room not very hot.

Room Tip: Ask for a higher floor with a street view (it's still very quiet).

We stayed twice here, two nights when we just arrived to Thailand and two further nights before leaving. On both occasions it was a very good experience.

The flats are fully equipped; we took a two bed on that was spacious and really comfortable. The reception staff was very nice and accommodating and were always happy to help. Even when we had a bit of an issue regarding some telephone charges they were really understanding and after escalating to a manager the issue was resolved in no time.

Location is really good, just a few stops away from pretty much everything except the backpackers area.

They have a gym and a swimming pool that really add to the experience. We stayed in low season so both facilities were empty and we made the most out of that.

A couple of things I’d say could be improved: breakfast, it was really uninspiring and bland. And the fact that there were not even a couple of bags of tea or instant coffee.

Overall a great experience.

Stayed here for only a day in November. This beautifully styled colonial architecture hotel is a visually and aesthetically pleasing. Location is fantastic - tucked away in a quite corner, located at a stone's throw from the silom metro station and also from the bustling patpong area.

We stayed in a 2 room suite which was large to say the least. the furniture and decor was tastefully done and had a homely feel to it. It had a huge bathroom with a gigantic bath tub, perfect for relaxing after a busy shopping day in bangkok. Bed was comfortable and the quietness of the hotel really facilitates sound sleep. Breakfast was included in our package, and is delivered to the room. The breakfast was alright, spread was limited but not bad.

It has a very popular restaurant, but unfortunately we didnt get to eat over there since they generally accept only reservations. The day we were there, the queen came there for dinner - just shows how popular the place is!

I would definitely recommend this to any traveler in bangkok who wants to stay in the silom area and doesnt mind spending slightly more than the average bangkok hotels
