Nikki picked my husband and I up promptly from our hotel with an air conditioned van and driver for a most magical and perfect day in Bangkok. We are very independent
travelers, but were very thankful we didn't try doing this one day tour on our own. Bangkok is a hot, extremely busy city and you will be very happy to have a pro like Nikki to guide you. He was a delight and fun to be with providing us with great information in this fascinating city. We were never rushed and he wanted to make sure we took in everything. It was a full, productive wonderful day and we cannot thank him enough. He really sincerely cares about his clients and it is obvious he really enjoys touring. Thanks again Nikki, for a great day.

We only had 2 days in Bangkok and hadn't preplanned anything so our arrangements were all very last minute.
Nikki was quick to respond and arrangements were made very efficiently.
He suggested a full itinerary making sure we saw all the highlights in one day.
He picked us up promptly at the hotel as arranged, along with a driver and a lovely air conditioned bus all to ourselves.
Nikki is a generous, kind man and is very flexible to make sure you get what want out of your trip.
He is knowledgeable and answers your questions and if he doesn't know he always has Google at his fingertips .
As other people have also said, he keeps you engaged like a friend and is good with his photography. Thanks for a great day Nikki, Happy Travels

From the very first contact by email from the UK, to making arrangements and meeting in the Banyan Tree hotel lobby, Nikki was clear, friendly and prompt.

Our requirement was to visit markets and temples in and around Bangkok. Nikki suggested the itinerary or we were able to design a bespoke day. We decided to go for his suggestion of a 6:30 am pickup, visit the Railway market at 8:00, then the Floating market for 9:30. Travel back to Bangkok for lunch, then spend the afternoon visiting temples in central Bangkok and the flower market.

We met at 6:30 and travelled in a modern air conditioned mini van with a separate driver so Nikki could provide us with information without distractions. Nikki lives in Bangkok and is very knowledgable. His English is excellent and throughout our day clearly explained everything about each place we visited, and more whilst journeying between places. Nikki is very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Nikki provided additional extras that included mobile internet for us to connect our phones to and he took numerous photos from his own phone that he then sent to us. His choice of restaurant was excellent and he provided drinks and snacks throughout the day. He provided chilled wet towels after each visit to freshen with water and the air conditioning in the mini van was excellent.

One point to note, we booked our tour the next morning after arriving from the UK the previous evening. With the benefit of hind sight, next time we would either book after a day to acclimatise, or book a half day tour (younger travellers maybe fine). Nikki adjusted the itinerary so that we visited some of the sights by car rather than foot. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Nikki and would highly recommend to anyone seeking a private tour of Bangkok.

Many thanks to Nikki, we will remember Bangkok with love.

Given that we were only going to be in Bangkok for a short period of time, we decided to book Nikki's tours to maximize our time, and what a great decision that was! We booked Nikki (Nut) for two one-day tours (back to back) - Bangkok city highlights and an Ayutthaya day trip. From start to finish, Nikki was prompt, professional, and flexible and both tours exceeded our expectations.

Day 1 - Nikki picked us up from our hotel in an air conditioned, luxury van (with private driver) and proceeded to show us around the entire city, such as the Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Wat Arun, flower market, and Chinatown, and we even had time for a canal tour on a traditional longtail boat. It was a hot day, but we were able to stop for lunch at a wonderful seafood restaurant on the Chao Phraya river to rest and rehydrate. And all throughout the day, Nikki took fabulous photos of our group with the sights.

Day 2 - the next day we started off early for Ayutthaya, the ancient capital. We were able to visit the Bang Pa-In summer palace and a variety of temples in the area. My mother was having knee problems, so Nikki took extra care in dropping us off as close to the attraction entrances as possible, which we all appreciated! Nikki also paid careful attention to our needs and was able to accommodate our last minute request to visit Bangkok's weekend market at the end of the day.

If you are looking for a private tour guide in Bangkok, Nikki is your man! His prices are reasonable given the services offered, and he goes above and beyond for his clients. Highly recommended!

Nikki and Hem were very quick to respond to any enquiries regarding our day tour and were easy to communicate with via email and subsequently via Whatsapp when already in Bangkok. Hem who was our guide on the day was very friendly, very caring and accommodating. We were able to customise our tour to better suit our small family group ranging from a 6 year old to an 80 year old ! We asked if the scheduled early morning pick up from our hotel could be moved to a slightly later time to allow us to get more rest and better prepare ourselves for a long day ahead and she was happy to change this for us. We were transported around in a comfortable air conditioned van by a local driver. A drive to Damnoen Saduak floating market is over an hour long , we felt however it was well worth it for the experience of riding on a private long tail boat along the canals. The very fast moving boat ride provided a lot of thrill and it was very interesting to observe the local way of life on these waterways. To break up a long journey back to Bangkok, at Hem's suggestion we stopped by Chang Puak Camp where we enjoyed close up encounters with resident monkeys, elephants and an owl. Back in the city, a brief visit to the flower market provided an insight into local culture offering a colourful feast for the eye. Getting changed into appropriate clothes prior to entering the Grand Palace proved to be a rather comical experience. For the life of me I couldn't figure out how to correctly put on fancy sarong wrap pants that I had purchased earlier that morning at the floating market . Seeing my plight two local Thai women came to my rescue and tried to secure them on me (not without some difficulty as well). Meanwhile everybody around was laughing watching our struggle. The task finally accomplished we were able to enter the Grand Palace. The Grand Palace is a must visit place for anybody coming to Bangkok. The complex overwhelmed us with its beauty, grandeur and mysticism and my 6 year old son was absolutely in awe of the sheer size of the reclining Buddha Wat Pho. One could easily spend a whole afternoon or even a day there delving into the history of the place and exploring its many buildings and stories behind them. A fascinating place.
Back at the hotel we felt happily exhausted after an activity packed day and felt a wonderful sense of accomplishment having experienced so many various facets of the Thai people way of life and their amazing city in just one day, all big THANKS to our private tour guide Hem, her driver and Nikki Tours !
