By Bangkok standards it is expensive, but otherwise comparable to eating out at London prices. Not for those looking for a cheap holiday, stay in the backpackers area. We had the set menu, basically due to our inability to choose from such an extensive menu and not wanting to miss dishes we had not previously tried. Great option, lots of small courses, abundance of taste and flavour. The ambience matched the food - staff very attentive and an excellent display of Thai dancing.

Celadon serves authentic Thai cuisine with an artistic touch. Salads and appetisers are presented in floral arrangement. The Pomelo Chicken Salad is seasoned just right with a special concoction of Thai spice. Omelette with crab meat is surprisingly juicy. Stir fried Seafood, is disappointing though, as the ingredients weren't so fresh.

Overall, service is impeccable with staff attending to all requests promptly. Best of all, we were treated to live performance of Thai dance.

We went there for our Valentine dinner , as all the other restaurants we wanted to go were booked . We never liked hotel restaurant food , unless it has a star and amazing famous chef . We were surprised to have a very good food and probably the best presentation of the dishes .
The atmosphere is a little cold and sad , also for a 5 star restaurant they have a very cheap choice of champagne .

Not the cheapest or most rustic of restaurants (plenty of street places for that, and most are fantastic) but really good food and a nice relaxed atmosphere.

It was recommended as one if the best restaurant in Bangkok: it is inside one of the best hotel in city and the welcome is in perfect thay style! As starter I had a soup (bit spicy but delicious), my husband took a plate of various appetizers (very good), followed by two classic dishes of thay cuisine, both very well done! During the dinner we had also a typical thay dancing show! The service of course is excellent! Highly recommended!
