“a bit disappointed”
Reviewed 19 May 2014

we have stayed here on numerous occasions ,, we have no problem with the hotel it is good value for money and it does what we need it to do ,the only thing is the pick up from the airport they have not really got it right, they say on the print out that a rep will be by gate four with the sign and if not go to the airport information who will put out a call for the rep,, we could not see a rep so we went to the information counter and were told they could not put out a call and that they were having problems with the hotel and were taking them to court,, imagine how i was feeling !! anyway after searching we finally found a rep ,her sign only had "regent " written on it ,,so we finally did get to the hotel ,, but we will stay at the hotel again despite this problem ,, the staff at the hotel were not really bothered about my problem though

Room Tip: all the rooms that we have had here have always been good

the shower in the room was in poor condition. staff was helpful and kind. I would not stay there again since it is too expensive for that quality. shuttle service unreliable; better to take a cab.
I liked the kitchenette only.

Approx. 10 minutes by car from the airport. In about 5-10 minutes walk away is the Paseo Mall, a shopping center with restaurants, where you can spend quite a few hours. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the airport (also pick-up). Breakfast not tested. The beds are hard and the rooms have 32 inch LCD TV, safe, air conditioning, electric kettle with coffee / tea maker, balcony, kitchenette, refrigerator. Wi-Fi. The rooms are large and have a seating area. There is a parking lot. Despite the proximity to the airport, it is not overly loud. The hotel has a massage and a restaurant. For one night it was okay. Costs about 25-30 euros per room / night. Safe at the reception (free).

Clean and large room, comfortable bed, hot shower, good thai meal at the onsite restaurant and convenient shuttle service from/to the airport. I was in Bangkok for less than 12 hours and this hotel delivered all that I needed at a low cost.
I had requested a wakeup call at 2am as a backup to my alarm clock/phone as I had to catch the 2.30am shuttle - that didn't come through, but that is my only criticism.

As always the service was very good and excellent value. It is very convenient to have the shuttle bus to take you to and from the air port and it is included in the room fee. We have stayed here many times and have future reservations made.

It's a low cost hotel which I was looking for. Free pick-up to the airport and free transport back to the hotel. That was working perfectly, no hassle. Don't know about breakfast since I left early to the airport. The cleaning of the room not good, that's why I rate this hotel a bit lower. If they fix the cleaning, I would rate them very high. AC in the room working ok, flat screeen TV with a few englisg language channels. 5-6 minutes to a shopping centre. The room had also a well equipped mini bar, a small kitchenette a 2 bottles of free water.

Very large room but a/c not quite strong enough to keep room cool during hot season. Also no cups in room for having coffee, but staff provided when i requested them. Staff was very helpful with arranging
our transfers. Overall this hotel is a great value.
