Enoteca Italiana is my favourite Italian restaurant in Bangkok has become a staple for me and my family. It is slightly expensive but we go a couple of times a year for special occasions and it is worth every Baht. Haven taken some Italians to the restaurant and most claim is it the closest to authentic Italian food they have found outside of Italy

Best cold cut platter in Bangkok and their Burrata cheese is magnificent. If you somehow have room in your stomach after your meal be sure to try their deserts as well.

Limited tables and always full when we go so make sure you book beforehand. The ambiance is great, not to mention the cozy feel of the restaurant which is located in a beautiful old house in Sukhumvit.

Amazing, I will be back soon!

I have been visiting Enoteca in Bangkok for a number of years now for both social and business dinners. Enoteca has never failed to impress or pleased me and my diners. The food is fantastic and the wine collection is the best in Bangkok and will stand up to compare with the very best Italian restaurant wine collections anywhere in the world.Service is very good and Nicola is always there to give his recommendations. Additionally, they has a very nice and large private room in the rear of the restaurant which is just fabulous for a private event. This is truly a world class Italian restaurant. My highest recommendation.

Although I'm not Italian and don't live in Italy I've been eating Italian food (bad and good) continually since childhood. It's one of the world's great cuisines but so much of it served in restaurants internationally is mediocre. Even restaurants run by expatriate Italians don't do the cuisine justice. But here is one that certainly does.

I've eaten Italian food in restaurants in dozens of countries and Enoteca in Bangkok is a rare gem. You won't find dozens of pastas on the menu or even pizza (the owner has a separate restaurant in another part of the city for that). But what is on the menu is superb. Let's say there's also a French ingredients influence -- such as pate and truffles that help subtly seasons some of the dishes.

Enoteca is not for those looking for a 150 baht plate of heaping pasta. Excellent imported ingredients are expensive. That said, I wish the portions were a tad bigger here -- it's that good.

I'm going to be a regular here and that's a promise I've made to very few establishments in Bangkok.

It starts with the presentation: a little chalet in a magic carden, candle lights illuminating the bottles on the walls. Luca and Stefano will surprise you first with a delicious amusebouche. I normally go for ink cappuccino (squid in potato foam), pappardelle stuffed with amatriciana sauce (i literally mean stuffed inside, normally the sauce is on the pasta not in), cappellacci with pigeon sauce, veal cheek with mushroom and zabaione!

Was here again for dinner and it reinforced my view that it rates among the best Italian in Bangkok if not the best.Must have the Pigeon pate, simply sublime, the smoked Scallops is another winner and the Beef Cheek.Washed down by a very nice Red that Nichola recommended and It was a meal that had me sated. When you leave a restaurant and several days later still remember the dishes that you enjoyed,it's a winner. Will be back
