“Pretty nice, well worth it!”
Reviewed 24 April 2014

I didn't go to the other floating markets because I only had time to go to the closest one. Took bts to the station near the river and from there paid 100 bath for the taxi, whole trip from nana plaza took 45 minutes. Since its on weekends only, just take a cab from your hotel traffic shouldn't be that bad. I had read the other ones where way out of town and a total tourist trap. I enjoyed this one, of course there were many tourist, but it did feel authentic, probably much smaller then the other ones, but it felt like it was enough for me. Great fun and took cool pics.

“Must see!”
Reviewed 23 April 2014

This market is a must see. The people, food, shopping and sightseeing are amazing. We took a boat/canoe ride through the market and along the canals. Did some shopping and eating along the way. What an experience to see the true Thai culture. The people were so friendly. Don't be afraid to eat from the locals. The food is amazing. I would defiantly visit the floating market on my next trip to Bangkok.

“Tat after tat”

Don't bother as it's just like a floating pound land !! Better off going to the river in Bangkok and having a canal cruise around the houses (around 300 baht)

“A real experience”
Reviewed 5 April 2014

We visited this market by boat as part of an organised tour and were highly impressed- not only by the no of items on sale on the boats but also the quality of the non floating stalls. Worth a visit
