“Excellent place to stay”

We had a corner room with great views on one side and office building on the other. Which was the only disadvantage as it was right opposite to the bathroom so had to keep the blinds closed all the time as windows are transparent.
However everything else from room to service was spotless. Unfortunately we did not try the food, but we did manage to use the pool which was fantastic.
It is very convenient for shopping access. Largest malls just minutes away by walking on the skywalk.

It's my first time staying in this hotel.. on late march i stayed 3days 2night, at the one of the room level 21, i went there with my daughter, during check in i mentioned that if possible please prepare dvd player for my daughter to watch dvd in the room and they get it done straight away!...
we came earlier before noon and we just need to wait not more than 30mins the room ready...

the location is good, walking distance to Four Face Buddha and mear the pratunam market during weekend..

the room is fantastic... they have a nice bathub, their service is the best, evverybody so friendly..

we tried the swimming pool.. its a little bit chilly at first, but its great because theres shelther on the swimming pool... so u can swim anytime u want, hot or raining day, no problem...

we ordered room service too and it tasted nice... not like some food which already cooked few hours before and they just made hot.... their room service quality of food really good and freshly cooked!! good!

the breakfast is ok for me.. but too bad they dont have someone specially stationed at the 'pork ball noodle' station... so we have to take ourself, and the soup is not very hot... compare with intercontinental and novotel, they have their own pork ball noodle stall and whenever people order, they just prepared cooked fresh for you...

the rest of the breakfast is ok, they have dimsum, etc but overall i feel the selection is not very wide...

one thing that impressed me is, they have one lady who station at the fruits section.. and i request juice apple mix with papaya for my daughter, as usually at home everyday i make that for my daughter... and this lady at the juice section can make the juice too and it tasted exactly at home....

overall it was a very enjoyable and good time to stay here... we will come back here again for sure.. just hope by then, they already improved their breakfast.,,,

Dear Sir/Mdm(of hotel),

I am completely satisfied with the warmth hospitality provided to me and my wifey that on our check in date, I made a special request for a bathtub of surprise. True enough to my surprise, the bathtub was filled with water and rose petals afloat creating a warmth feel of welcoming my wifey. Thank you so much Renaissance hotel Bangkok.
The warmth hospitality also came from the receptionists (especially Ms.Watanya), her ultimately pleasant disposition and cares for a hotel guest goes a long to ensuring myself and my wifey has a pleasant and memorable stay. In particular, her ushering of us to the hotel lobby and explanation of the room arranged for me and my wifey really did made her shine out among the already better staffs available at the hotel reception.
We were treated with care and attention to our requests of towel change a few times.
The bellboys whom ushered us to the taxis are genuine too, firstly ensuring that it was a metered taxi and secondly ensuring that the location we are going is safe (in that, they will give recommendations to nearby x

Just recently stayed ther again for two nights, great service and awesome breakfast. The location is great next to a BTS station and with central world just around the corner great. The room has a good bad and a spacious bathroom with a nice standalone tub. Only little downturn was the curtains that still alowed some light into the room. Still a fantasic stay and I will be back.

We spent a couple nights at the hotel and enjoyed calling the Renaissance home for the weekend. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful with suggestions on where to go, what to do and how to get around. The train stop is not far from the hotel so if you want to come from or go to the airport by train, the access is good. The room was well appointed and clean. The bathroom may be a bit too exposed to the rest of the room for some - glass walls facing the bedroom - but you can put the shades down. It was actually a nice feature to the room. The buffet breakfast was great and the food always fresh and a good start to the day. And there is a street-side bar in front of the hotel which is also a good place to start the evening. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and likely will be back on the next trip!

We had buffet lunch at the flavours restaurant and were very impressed by the food and high level of service. Sashimi selection and desserts were good. The standard of thai dishes was also very high.

In particular, the restaurant manager, Chaiporn and his team ensured an extremely high level of service and made us feel comfortable from the moment we stepped in.

I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting BKK!

One thing I appreciated is that the Renaissance Bangkok is run very professionally. The location is also very good, but I believe at their prices, you can get much better places in Bangkok. Their saving grace is their decor. Very contemporary .
