Pros:
~ Located at the pratunam market, walking distance of about 15-20 mins to platinum mall.
~Clean room , big bed.
~free WIFI

Cons:
~Not quite suitable to stay during rainy season. Because is quite difficult to walk out to the main road as it will be flooded with water at the main road, up to ankle level. I would recommend to bring along a slipper during the trip if u wants to stay in this hotel.
~WIFI connection not so good.

Overall, it is still consider very good in terms of pricing, cleaniness and location.

this budget motel is located at the small alley which has 8th floor. the motel is very new & clean!! we stayed there for 5D4N for MYR520 nett including breakfast, at floor 7 king size bed~ the colour themes are fabulous!

the "need improvements" are :
1) bathroom amenities not complete so you might need to bring your toothbrush/paste & the creams~
2) bad soundproof even on high floor, could be because this inn/motel is located at the center of all the busy stalls
3) walking distance of 10-15mins to the famous Platinum Mall / BTS, you may want to choose Centre Point hotel which is located opposite of the mall and cost MYR30 more per night
4) limited choice for breakfast. we are bored with pork ham everyday!!
5) small and the only one lift. it is clean so we don't mind squeezing though
6) not very well-known so you might have to describe or show the way back to hotel when ya taking a taxi/tuk tuk.

Room Tip: ask for high floor so it is less noisy

Though it was a bit hard to locate the hotel on the first try, subsequently it was much easier. Located within Pratunam market in a small alley and very near to Baiyoke Sky Hotel if you are familiar with the hotel.

Modern design, very new and clean hotel. Breakfast is a simple affair but it gets you well started for the day. Street food stalls and convenience stores right outside the hotel (200m away). 10 mins walk from shopping haven Platinum shopping mall, though you have to make (read: jostle) your way through the crowded Pratunam market in the morning. Lobby and breakfast area are rather small, but staff are friendly and courteous enough, and some rooms are smaller than the rest for the same price. One bad thing is that noise travels along the corridor and the doors are not 100% sound proof, so we could hear other guests who were rather noisy at 2am at the other end of the corridor. All in all, a very value for money hotel.

Right in the middle of Pratunam Market, Budacco Hotel, is a nice place to stay. Around the hotel you can get everything you need, from food, drink, shopping, money exchange, internet cafe and transportation.
The Hotel staff is always nice and gentle. The Hotel is clean, the rooms are well decorated.
The breakfast buffet is enough to start the day, then you can try good Thai food all over for cheap price.
Always avoid to take Tuc-Tuc, they just bring you in expensive market for tourists and then they take a percentage of what do you buy.
Also avoid taxi that don`t use taximeter.

Ok..location wise - it was a bit hard to find as it was nestled inside a small side street off Ratchaprarop Rd. We came straight from the train frm the airport & didn't want to waste $ on tuk tuks or taxis as we knew it was close by. The address of the hotel was 122/44 Ratchaprarop Rd which was straight off the station, or so we thought. Turns out the numbers don't go along the road! Had to ask for directions from the local Thais (most who don't seem to understand or speak much English) until finally one nice Thai shopkeeper rang up the hotel & asked how to get there in Thai.

If you are going by foot, you actually have to turn right at Indra Square and then turn right at the end of the street, where you then get to a small side street. On that side street where the 7-eleven is, the hotel's right opposite the 7-11, at the very end.

Once we finally got there, though ,it was only abt 10 mins (max) walk. So if you are just staying for a few days it is nice & convenient to the airport.

Hotel foyer & lobby - very nice, new & modern. Albeit a bit small.

Security deposit a bit hefty - 1000baht. Still was ok, as it was just a deposit which was returned on check out.

Staff- friendly & courteous. Explained to us that we get complimentary 2 bottles of water.

The hotel guidebook to Thailand tours also offers free half-day/full day tours complimentary of the hotel (does not include entry tickets) and transfer, so may be worthwhile going on such a tour. We didn't as we were only staying overnight & were flying back the next day.

Breakfast ok - have a mixture of American & Asian style breakfast buffet. Also have toast, cereal & fruit.

Didn't stay that long so don't know about other services they may provide. But of what we've experienced so far we are satisfied & wld definitely come back.

It's clean, new, tidy & cosy. The floor is not carpet which make is so comfortable to walk on barefooted. Room color is soothing. I requested for my fav color and it feels so at home. All the staffs are so helpful. When we asked for suggestion, they are well informed. Helped us write in Thai language to show taxi drivers.

Variety of breakfast is not a lot but the food is delicious. Especially scrambble eggs.

Direction to hotel. Standing @ Baiyoke Sky entrance. Back facing Baiyoke Sky. Cross the road & walk straight towards Pratunum. Turn right @ the first turn. Walk straight, shortly, turn right @ first turn again. Walk all the way in. By now, you shld be able to see Budacco Signage.

Most important to me : Free Wifi in room.
