This hotel is terrible. You can stay in much better places for about the same price. Staff was rude, unhelpfull and unfriendly. Room was dirty, specially the bed sheets, which they didn't change when i asked for new ones. Hotel is in a central area but located in a dirty and dodgy alley and very hard for taxi drivers to find. Hotel owner didn't allow me to use the hotel phone to make an one minute urgent local call in order to sell me a sim card. It was a just awful experience.

We stayed here, with a few friends, two years ago. We arrived at night and had trouble finding the place. It was at the end of a small alley in a marketplace. The room and toilet were okay, but our friends found bugs in their room. There were also dirty plates and utensils in the hallway and stairs. If you just want a place to sleep in and you're not travelling solo, then this place is okay. Otherwise, book somewhere else.

NEVER EVER EVER STAY HERE! Dangerous, unclean, down a dodgey ally! not true hotel, people from resturant seem to live here. no toursits seemed to stay here other than ourselves. feared so much for our saftey we had to leave early. bags of 'un-identified' procduct surrounded each floor and blocked stairways as two female travelers saw no other people satying here that seemed to be a tourist or even better no females in this hotel asked politly to change booking and got an extremly negative response (basically laughed at us and said no) we left and just paid anyway it was that bad (and we are backpacking on a tight budget! and to top it off on the night we stayed in the end the window leaked water from the rain everywere covered the side table dripped onto the floor and wetted half of a double bed (which was like rock) absolutly awful worse night of our lives!

Room Tip: do not bother!

i had stayed at cozi inn from 6th feb to 11 th feb 2012 , my only fault was that i had deposited the payment before actually seeing the room which was stinky , very small and the wi fi never worked . the sheets and pillow covers were dirty and despite complaining about sanitation services the house keeping never did anything about it . the bedheets were changed only after 3 pm daily.
the only saving grace was the location ....

Room Tip: avoi this hotel and check budaaco inn just across this proprty

Room was pretty small, no toothpaste/toothbrush/comb provided. Towels, soap and shower gel/shampoo available from dispenser. Room floor does not seem to be too clean so we had to wear slippers in the room, pillow cases had a couple of small marks. Other than that, it was fine, we got 2 fresh bottles of water per day. Location was really good - 10 mins walk from the Airport Rail Link (Rachaparop station), Pratunum Market and Platinum Fashion Mall, but pretty far from the nearest BTS station. And we were right opposite a 7-11 convenience store, and there was a night market right outside the hotel alley. The hotel staff's service were alright - they were not particularly friendly nor rude, and when asked for directions, they do try to answer patiently, despite communication issues sometimes.

However, the small backstreet alley the hotel entrance was on was pretty hard to find, and can be a bit wet and dark, esp. during the rainy season - it was kinda disgusting. I paid about USD $50 a night for a double-bed room. And oh yes, the bed was HARD as a plank! If you have a sensitive back and need a nice soft bed to sleep comfortably, this is not the place for you! Besides, our room was right beside the lift and we could hear people moving around outside - the walls can do with some soundproofing. Esp. when through the bathroom window, we can hear noises from the outside - I think there's a late-night indian restaurant or bar downstairs, co-sharing the building...

Room Tip: Ask for one on the higher floors - less noise from downstairs - and make sure it's far away from...

Location is fine.
Room & environment sucks!

Upon arrival at the hotel lobby, the whole place smells. I thought I took the wrong flight & went to India instead. Checked into a unbearable smelling room. It was so bad that we had to request for room change even after we tried to purify the room with our perfume. Managed to get a room change, went out for shopping & hours later, our extra bed was still not in the room. Btw, we paid for 500baht per night for the extra bed. Called them from the room but they did not understand us therefore we had to go down personally to ask for it. Minutes later, they came up with a pathetic 5-inch thick mattress. When we ask for a proper thick bed, they brought in another 5-inch thick mattress. Totally unaccepted! The sheets were stained.

Well, we paid for it.
I just expected more. This place made me feel so disgusted.
Will NEVER return even if it's complimentary. This is just so horrible! You'll probably like this place if you're an Indian.
