“Beautiful hotel! Definitely a Five-Star Hotel”
Reviewed 20 May 2014 via mobile

My husband and I stayed in Siam Kempenski for three nights last week and we love every minute of it. Actually we planned to go there last December but because of the political situation, we changed our reservation twice. I remember the lady called Pin did our check-in and she is so friendly and helpful, she showed us to our room, explained to us all the facilities of the hotel.
The hotel lobby is very spacious and beautifully decorated. There is a side door on the ground floor of the hotel that you can go straight to the big shopping centre, Siam Paragon. If you want to go to the BTS station, they have a golf cart which will take you to the Siam Station, super convenient!
The only draw back is if you want to get a taxi to go to somewhere, it would take a bit longer but the Concierge was really doing their best, during the time we waited for a taxi, they tried to chat with us.
We go to Bangkok a few times every year and we definitely would stay in this hotel again.
A Super Five-Star hotel!!

We spent a week here with the kids. Breakfast was very busy over the weekend with a 15 minute wait sometimes. Location was excellent as connected to siam paragon. The kids loved the kids club and went every day. Beautiful lobby and very helpful/ friendly security guards.

Amazing suites with a top of the line Bangkok skyline view.
Located in the heart of Bangkok next to all the main shopping malls.
Excellent limousine service from and to the airport.
The Executive lounge is very good serving excellent breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails and snacks. The staff in the executive lounge are extremely helpful and service minded.
5 star!
1 minus for not having a western styled gourmet restaurant, but what the hell, take the Limo to Tables and the Grand Hyatt :)

Room Tip: Do book the Deluxe suites in the Royal wing. A bit pricy, but truly worth it!

I think its change, service are not that good, the room are not that clean, I don't think I will choose this hotel anymore, I better try somethings new next time. The swimming pool is big enough but very hard for swimming, the shape is not a decent one. They have a welcome drink which is nice when you walk in with a super hot weather.
Overall is just ok, the price is not the best, the room is not the best, just soso.
For me is just a standard hotel not a 5 star to me.

Visited about a year and half ago and was looking forward to going back after such a great first impression. Returning felt like coming home. The staff is amazing as are all the facilities. It's just a prefect, seamless experience from the minute you step out of your cab until you walk out the door again. Tried the spa this time for a classic massage. Professional and deeply relaxing, the spa is as good as the rest of the hotel. This time we stayed in an Executive room with a balcony overlooking the gardens and the skyline. Access to the Executive Lounge was included where you are offered a more intimate dining experience for breakfast as well as afternoon tea and evening cocktails — all with generous amounts of food and drink as well as an amazing view over the city and a dedicated staff. This place is great value for the money when compared with what the same amount gets you in cities like New York or Paris.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on a higher floor so that you get a view of the skyline.

We stayed at the siam kempenski and it was brilliant. The rooms, passages, lobby all were spectacular. The hotel is centrally located. 15 mins to Indra, Big C & MBK market. 5 mins to the Siam sky train station. The breakfast was really nice. The pools awesome. The staff very warm and willing to help.

Room Tip: Cabana Room. as you can step into the pool any time. Or Deluxe residence if you budget conscious.

This is so far one of the best hotel I've stayed.

Check-in: Best check-in experience I ever had. If the hotel management is reading this, please express my token of thanks to her again. The check-in service provided and ushering me to my room is very pleasant! Very professional.

Room: Excellent! Comes with Lavazza coffee machine and free replenishment of beverages in mini bar on daily basis! Same for fruits. Too bad I am too busy to take time to cut and eat the fruits. Maybe next time.

Breakfast: Best breakfast in the Asian wing

Location: Next to Siam Paragon. Hotel even provide buggy service to nearby places and it is so convenient! Glad to use it to bring me to our office at Siam Tower and also dropping me nearby to Erawan.

Dinner at hotel restaurant: I had one night dinner here and it was one of the top Asian 50 restaurant. Love the starter (baby lobster) so much!!! Good service and fine quality food.

Drinking at hotel bar: The lobby bar is closed so went to the same place as breakfast to get a drink. Quiet and easy to chat with friends. Suggest hotel to work on the mosquitoes issues there.

Checkout: I think the staff is probably new and a little panic especially when a senior manager (I guess) is there. :) Anyway, no issue with checkout and I bumped into the staff who handle my check-in. She greeted me in a polite and professional manner. Very friendly. Staff well trained!

I will definitely want to come back here again.
