When you've not pre-booked a place to stay and are tired of trudging around looking for somewhere you tend to be more relieved just to get a roof over your head so if I'd had more time, I'd have gone for somewhere else.
There was one male member of staff who was friendly and helpful; the rest were disinterested and the place is merely out to make money out of your most simple request. Customer service is poor because they probably think that people won't be returning anyway so while you're there, they try to squeeze as much from you as they can.
The room was soul-less although it did have a balcony but nothing to dry clothes on. Furniture in the room was old and not what you'd want to actually make use of. The toilet actually required you to place your hand in the cistern to make it flush and the power sockets were hanging off the wall, exposing the wiring.
In all, if there's two of you to share and you're going to be out most of the time, this place is adequate enough if you can live with its issues. If not, find somewhere else, as there's plenty of other options in the neighborhood.More
