I stayed here a few times.
This is a very nice small hotel with nice clean rooms.
The hotel itself has very nice colors and is decorated with some nice lights on the facade.
So you cant miss it whenyou walk pass it in the evening or night.
The rooms are good, good size and a nice and clean bathroom.
The rooms with balcony are nice, even the view isnt that spectaculair, but for the price it is a real good deal.
For people who want to know it is a guestfriendly hotel too.
The hotel is in a very nice spot. close to all the entertainment and restaurants and easy acces to the skytrain.
Would stay here again

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a balcony or a window. Because they got rooms with no windows too. And ask a room at the back of the hotel. There it is a bit more quiet as the front is at the soi 4.

First things first the location of this hotel is great for Nana Plaza and the attractions of Soi 4. Well placed for access to the Sky Train which opens up the whole of this incedible city for you. Although this is a busy Soi the rooms are quiet so sleep quality is good, providing you like a good hard bed!

Rooms are clean and well furnished for the price range, slightly in need of some redecoration but who goes to Bangkok to sit in a hotel room. Access into your room though is, I feel, a necessity! This is where the the stairway to Heaven@4 comes a massive cropper. The electronic key card system is a shambles. I have commented on this type of system before as wherever it is used in Thailand there is the occasional 'blip' but here it is a constant irritation. On one day three trips away form the room meant three return trips to the front dest to have the card re-set. It was easier to smaile seetly at the cleaner to get her to let you into the room than to go back to the front desk knowing that you would have to do this again later.

On my previous visit to this hotel last year I also made similar comments regarding the key cards and a reply from the hotel said that this was something that they were looking into, well they didn't look too far!

This coupled with the fact that some, not all, of the staff seem to have a less than questionable work ethic does put a dampener on a stay here. The night shift 'Security' seem to be constantly taking a nap, barely an eyebrow was raised when I returned in the early hours.

This really is a shame because this could be such a nice little hotel.

The plus points are the location, good sized room with a really good shower. Generally clean although a little tatty in places.

The negatives are definitely the key card system and the lack of interest from some of the staff.

Guest friendly as you would expect of a hotel of in this class in the location it is in.

Worth staying if you can get a 'free night' offer but otherwise I would forgo the benefits of the location and either pay a litle more for a hotel with a pool and a good entry system (Phachara Suites for example) or go for something a little further down the Soi. Nana Thai Mansions is a similar price, slightly more basic rooms but has a pool.

Suitable for solo travellers and small groups looking for a good location for the party that is Soi 4 and for access to the rest of Bangkok. Do not stay if you have a short temper as I can guarantee a few fist dents in your room door before the end of your stay!

Room Tip: Go for the deluxe room with the small balcony as most rooms do not have a window. No view but you can smoke. The rooms at the back are quieter but even so the noise level is not too bad at the front.

This hotel is small and centrally located 5 minutes away from Nana BTS station. It's fresh modern and very reasonably priced.

The staff could not be more helpful and will do everything they possibly can to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. Staff speak good English and don't have any problems understanding or responding to any requests made of them - it really seemed like they had an interest in ensuring I had a pleasant stay.

Rooms are clean and continue to be cleaned to a high standard throughout the stay. They are a good size with large comfortable beds, great facilities and clean pleasant bathrooms. The style of the rooms is modern and follows the style of the rest of the hotel. Very funky!

As stated previously the location is close to the BTS station and only 2 minutes walk from a lot of bars and restaurants. Surprisingly the hotel is very quiet and gives a great nights sleep.

The hotel bar is modern, plays good music and serves tasty food at an unbelievably low price. At 80 baht and buy 4 get one free this is the cheapest I found in Bangkok!

Would definitely recommend.

Room Tip: Ask the staff for a recommendation!

Check in staff were miserable, they charged my card in USD without asking me instead of THB always your bank provides a better rate then the visa machine so I always charge in local currency. When I explained this to the staff they were oblivious and tried to fob me off with some explanation of no value, wasn't worth pursuing so gave up.
The rooms are old looking but not too bad, shower was off and on with pressure, A/C was so loud at night it was irritating. In room safe was ancient and tiny can't fit a laptop in it or Ipad. Lift area and lift never seemed to have A/C so was very warm going up and down to your room.
The only saving grace for this hotel is the location to Soi 4 and no joiner fee but sure there must be other choices in the Soi 4 area.
I personally will never stay at this hotel again.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and was very nice and clean. Upon arrival me and my partner were given a complimentary cocktail and shown to our room. Our room was big, clean and very well air conditioned. They have a safe in the room. Provide shampoo and shower gel for guests too. They also have deposit boxes for guests to use which are behind reception and cctv monitored. Great bars close by..would definitely return. Just one thing i didnt like, was no windows in our room. The manager and reception were good about asking where to go and things to see.
