We have stayed at many hotels over the years, often luxury ones with impeccable details and fantastic designs.

I should say this a boutique hotel with 5 Star facilities except the Swimming pool.
The staff is very courteous unlike many other bangkok hotels. The hotel is brand new and well maintained. It is in the heart of the city .
The rooms are very spacious and carry that luxury tag. surely if i visit again i will go there.

I’m sure we will still fondly remember the vacation we had there.

I see a value for money hotel.

Beautifully decorated lobby and our room is good size for 2 adults Staff very attentive and professional-- as expected of 4 Seasons. Located central of town, walking distance to the train and shopping centers. The only negative thought is: building is old, the pool is small, buffet breakfast is good vegiterian very hard for to find at bangkok

We booked ebecause opening price was not too high. And we were very nicely surprised. Chic hotel in a very convenient location. Easy access to the metro station. Very well designed and stylish rooms, you really feel at ease. Swimming pool is pretty nice on the top floor if I remember well. The breakfast is ... Yummy! Large choice in the buffet, everything I tried was really good, do include breakfast in your room, it is worth it!
I think I will come back to this hotel next time I go to Bangkok. It is so relaxing to have a nice room after a hectic day in this crazy city!!!
Only one thing I dislike: the sliding wall in the bathroom. Not so nice if you are not a couple!!

I stayed at the Four Points in Sukhumvit for 2 nights in the beginning of June. I have previously stayed in the Landmark (which I like a lot) but the Four Points is a brand new hotel - I think its been open about 6 months - and its location is excellent, so I decided to give it a try,

First of all, a room costs about $100 per night, which isn't cheap in Bangkok, but its also well within my travel budget for work of $150 per night. The $100 includes breakfast, but disappointingly did not include internet.

First impressions entering the hotel - the lobby is very large and very modern. Its quite tastefully decorated, but just a little on the sterile side, which is basically a preview of the whole hotel experience. Check in was fine, but I arrived at 2:30am, so it wasn't exactly a busy time.

The room itself had a king size bed, although I understand that rooms with 2 doubles are also available. The bed itself was super comfortable, all brand new and still in great shape. Most of the room is pine wood and its quite nice, just a bit sterile (like the lobby). The room wasn't super large, but not small either. Furnishings were very modern - there was a comfortable chair and a desk in the corner with all connections and sockets needed to hook up a computer to the internet. There was also inputs to connect your computer, or any other device to the TV. The TV was a 32" LCD and there was a DVD player as well.

Internet connection cost $15 per day, but at least the speed of the connection was BLAZINGLY fast. You could connect by the cable supplied or wifi. I connected my BlackBerry as well, and they tried to make me pay for 2 devices, but as soon as I objected they let it go.

Breakfast was ok, nothing particularly fancy, but certainly adequate. There was a station making eggs to order and the usual selection of western and eastern foods you get in most South East Asian hotels.

I didn't use any of the hotel's other facilities so I can't really comment.

As far as location is concerned, the hotel is just off Sukhumvit and right by the Asok Skyrail station. Sukhumvit is either your thing or it isn't, but its definitely the center of the tourist universe in Bangkok.

Overall, I found the hotel good value for money and plenty comfortable, but I have to admit its not my favorite hotel in Bangkok. That would still be the Landmark.

Room Tip: Stay away from the elevators.

We were referred to this hotel through a friend and were not disappointed. Four Points is perfectly located in the heart of Sukhumvit. Super clean, super modern, and super friendly (May at the front desk was sweet and very helpful.) The hotel sports two bars, the Beervault is a chic beer garten with the largest selection of beers in town. The roof top bar is a page out of South Beach, Miami. The ONLY negative comment we would have is the walls are very thin, so bring earplugs. Otherwise, you couldn't ask for a better hotel in Sukhumvit.

Stayed here for three nights.
- Lovely new hotel, very nice decour, big rooms and nice big bathroom with a big tub (from where you can open the door to the bedroom and watch tv)
- Hotel was very cheap, but as its brand new they will prob hike up the prices
- Breakfast buffet included, good selection but found it wasn't always very hot
- Room service was very cheap and good for a quick snack
- Only gripe was that there wasn't any wireless in the room for free, only in the lobby However, each time you had to get a new code which wasn't very efficient or environmentally friendly
- Location was good and a few mins walk to the metro/train line
- If you interested in a good, cheap, professional spa - got to Urban Retreat. Ask the hotel ffor leaflets and you will find this. It's a 10 min walk away and not at all like the seedy spas/massage places that you could get
-Great foot massage place - cheap as chips over the road
