Staff- Arrived for a one night stay, was greeted by very friendly well-spoken staff who took our bags and escorted us to check-in. We were welcomed with refreshments and advice on the city which was very helpful. All staff were fantastic and spoke great English.
Room - Very clean, spacious and fantastic value for money! Comfiest bed of my whole holiday.
Location - Easy location, came on the train from the airport and it was about 5 minutes round the corner from the station. In the business district a bit far from tourist parts but still doable as it was not an expensive tuk tuk or taxi.
Facilities - Lovely pool and food in the restaurant. ATM on site. Concierge helpful with Taxis.

Room Tip: High floor, better view.

We stayed at the Sivatel for 4 nights (2 rooms) recently and had a wonderful time. The staff were amazing - always very attentive and extremely pleasant. The rooms were very clean and with lots of space and the food was delicious and well presented. My son left his camera charger in his room and when we called to confirm, the Sivatel kindly forwarded the charger to our hotel in Phuket which arrived within 3 days. What fantastic service - we highly recommend the Sivatel!

Couldn't reccommend more, Amazing hotel with very friendly staff, I am a 26yr female from the UK and stayed here in July 2014 for 10 nights with a friend, every day we received complimentary drinks/fruit/sweets and a paper, room service was also available and quick. During my stay i was hospitilized and the hotel even visited me with a card and flowers which went above and beyond what i ever expected from a hotel and they also assisted us in explaining the tourist destinations and how to travel to where we wanted to go. The rooms were very stylish, spacious, clean and modern with free internet and duel televisions/lounge area (delux suite). i would return to this hotel, breakfast was included for us and they had a buffet with a variety of cultural food, also American/continental types of foods available. The only negative was that we found the Spa treatments quite expensive and can be found much cheaper elswhere in Bangkok/Thailand.

We spent 2 night at the Sivatel.had a 2 bedroom suite.the room and bathroom were spacious, clean and pleasant.staff attentive and helpful.
hotel is 5 min. walk from sky train- so easy to get around, but nut much around the hotel (no restaurants, cafes, shops)so you need to take the train for everything.
breakfast- very rich, nice variety, but-no matter at what time, all was half empty and it seemed that only when we asked, things would be filled.moreover-at a hotel regarding itself 5 * I would expect them to serve more than stale black coffee as part of the breakfast and not have to pay extra for a cappuccino)

Room Tip: As there are construction work going on at the building next door-ask for for rooms at the other sid...

Dear Milly S,

Thank you for staying at Sivatel Bangkok. It is so true that our guests can easily get around by the sky train and that includes the nearby opened " Central Embassy", the most luxurious shopping paradise, which is just adjacent to the hotel.

We are happy that you enjoyed our breakfast and yes, coffee is now served as per our guests' preference with no extra charge. Thank you for your kind comments.

We do hope you will be staying with us during your next visit to Bangkok.

The room was awesome there was an apple TV and an iPod dock electricity curtains a small living room it was great. The hotel is located very close to sukkhumvit street where everything is happening. I would definitely recommend it to friends. The hotel is also located next to the underground station

I booked this hotel for me and 2 friends to end our 3 week backpacking holiday with a night of (affordable) luxury before travelling home. It definitely did not disappoint! The infinity pool was a major selling point for us. Staff were warm and welcoming. Facilities were of a high quality and I was pleasantly surprised that dining reflected a 5 star rating but without the excessive 5 star price. The hotel is in a good location and is well connected to the airport, nearby shopping and cineplex centre and the Saturday market with a nearby train station (much cheaper than taxis or tuktuks and easy to use). The only downfall of this hotel was that our bedrooms did not have wifi, but this was freely available in the lobby and our standard room had two TVs with internet access. Highly recommend this hotel!

Room Tip: We had an extra bed put in a standard double room for a third person - the extra bed was the same go...
