I spent a couple of nights in this hotel earlier this year. The receptionist was nice and the welcome drink was nice too. Overall, I like their service and hotel room. The only thing I dont like was probably it lays in a hidden or small alley. Hard to catch a cab from doorstep.

We only spent one night here in Bangkok since we arrived in the midst of a military coup but things seemed quite normal, except for the two soldiers at the airport.

Rooms were large and quiet. Complimentary drinking water was served in glass jugs, nice touch. Hotel reception was also really helpful in getting a METERED taxi to get to the airport (about 160 baht to DMK) unlike the driver from the airport that ripped us off and asked for 350 baht.

What's best though, was the food in the area. We only stayed one night, and only had one meal but it was delicious and cheap compared to hometown prices. After you exit the hotel, walk right then left and you'll find a small restaurant with a flying pig as the store logo. This restaurant had English on the menu and did not try to rip us off. Owner Joe also spent 7-8 years in Washington DC and can speak English fluently. While walking around the area, I also spotted barbecue/hotpot joints and kebabs in food stands.

All in all, I would definitely return and stay here again.

We spent 3 nights here on April. The hotel is not so easy to find it's in a secondary street but is close to skytrain station, a good solution arriving from airport or visiting the city. The room is big with all confort, wifi available in the rooms as well as in the hall. We didn't try the restaurant. The staff was nice and friendly.

True Siam hotel is a boutique hotel for travelers. Located very close to the Airport link, this hotel provides a value for money. The rooms are spacious and full of natural light. The rooms have safe and tv. One also gets complimentary water. The hotel is walkable (less than 5 minutes) from Metro Station, which connects to shopping centers at Siam Central (2 stops). Even the mini buses to Pattaya are walk-able distance (less than 5 mins). There is a Family mart nearby for daily needs. Besides the hotel too has a restaurant which is quite good.
Overall a value for money deal for travelers, who wish to explore outdoors and not restrict to the hotel.

Room Tip: Include breakfast in your room booking. At 200 bhats extra, its a good deal.

A nice hotel situated in a narrow path near to the Victory Monument and very near to King Power Duty Free Complex.

Room was quite large and comfortable with a king size bed. The mattress was a bit hard though, but it was not an issue for me. Very clean and neat. All the basic amenities are available.

The sink in the bathroom had occasional delayed water draining problem. I informed the reception and said they will look into it. The problem seemed to go away but later returned.

People are friendly there, and the front portion of the hotel has a very ambient atmosphere for relaxation.

There are lots of street food nearby and lots restaurants at the vicinity.

While there was no wow factor in the rooms themselves, this place was simple and easy for a long weekend. In between two skytrain stops, it was right in the center of all the things we wanted to do. The continental breakfast was great and our room was ridiculously large...like so much extra space, we could have had a dance party!!!

Stayed here three nights with my boyfriend in March. Great hotel, nice lobby and outside space where the staff were polite and friendly, opening cab doors for customers, pre-empting drink orders etc. Our room was clean but basic, free water, wifi and pretty much everything you need. Good location and would stay again for price.
