The hotel is simple and close to MRT station. If you want to go to Siam / Pratunam area, taking taxi is cheaper than taking train if you are travelling with 2 person. The bed is good and comfort. however the hotel only provide mineral water and no coffee & tea. Kettle is upon request.

I enjoy staying there 2 nights of my vacation. It s not in the central of city but very convinient to go everywhere since it takes 5 mins walk to MRT. They have small restaurant and 7 eleven next to. The room is big and comfortable, all I can complain is the towels look very old and dirty.

This hotel is very conveniently located for easy access from Suvarnabhumi Airport by way of the Airport Link sky train. It's 1/2 hr via the airport link (last train around mid night). Get off at Makkasan Station. You exit via the entrance to Petchaburi MRT underground station and a 5 min walk to the hotel. Look for the big FX neon sign in the evening. The BTS sky train services are accessible via the MRT.

This is a small size hotel, it is clean and the checkin staff, friendly. It also has a car park at the back of the hotel.

I do not give too much thought for the restaurant. Food is okay and nothing to write home about. There are no restaurants near by so you probably have to take a taxi or MRT to other areas for that.

The room i was allocated is small probably about 30 m2 but has a comfortable queen size bed with clean white bed sheets. However they put me in a room facing the road and if you are a light sleeper you will be awaken by the morning traffic. Bathroom is small size and only have a shower. The is a bar fridge but no tea or coffee making facilities. I guess I paid a discounted price of about $30 USD per night so I should not really complain. Having said that I wouldn't pay any more for this room. I think they advertised it for 6 times the discounted price but for that I would be better off going to the inter-Continental Hotel.

Bed is always made up by the time I return in the afternoon. Available is free wifi, PC in the reception area and tour desk. Reception is manned 24 hrs.

We booked the basic room for 2 nights at a rather steep price of 28 euros/night. The few pros are: near the mrt and airport air link. English speaking staff.
The many cons: Small room that looked unfinished (painted concrete floor, non decorated, grosly put together bathroom tile)
A window facing a building bilboard, you couldn't see anything, no natural light!
The toilet leaked ill smelling water!!!, The shawer head was rusty and broken. Mold in the shower! Horrible room! It-s right near a big road so when you step outside the hotel you get a full dose of noise and pollution.
The elevator and hallway didn't have air con so they were hot and stuffy, Also the hallway was completely empty of anykind of decoration. Not in a minimalist way. Just empty. Felt sad.
By comparison the first time we stayed in Bangkok we payed 23 E/night at iresidence for a deluxe room which had a kitchen, big room and a balcony.
Lousy!

Room Tip: If you decide to go, specifically ask for a room with an (unbloked) window and check if the shower w...

I stayed there last february for 3 days. Very close to makkasan train station where you can ride direct to the airport non-stop. They upgrade my room and it was big. The staff were friendly and can understand english.

A no frill hotel....good value for money.

The check in was smooth....not a very friendly front office....but then can't expect much for the money paid.

The location is close to the Makkasan Airport express station and the MTS station closeby providing access to the city. Which means that it's located in such a way that you could just reach the place and go places in Bangkok using the city metro network from this hotel.

Not much of commercial activities nearby at walkable distance....but not very far from the Pratunam market or Sukhamvrit area.

Overall, I rate it very good for the simple fact that the hotel provides a net & clean place to stay for the money charged....no frills!

I was given 2 nights free to stay in this hotel for a package deal with a Singapore travel agent. As the 2 nights are free, I was unable to review if it is value for money. I would only advise travelers that if you plan to stay in this hotel, expect the most basic. The first time I encountered hotel floor is not carpeted. It maybe near Makkasan Airport Rail Link Station but is still about 10 - 15mins walk and the walkway is not even. However, the staff is friendly and helpful. You can try to request anything and they will try to help as much as they can.
