“The best 3 star hotel that i have ever stay”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 July 2011

The hotel is very new. Do not mistaken it as Bangkok city inn or Bangkok city suites. The location is perfect. Walking distance to platinum fashion mall, Computer mall, BTS station, MBK mall, and beside a 7-11 convenient store. 5 units of computers at the lobby for guest use free of charge. The 990 Baht Double room is very clean and comes with lcd tv,private bath with bathtub, bottled water and buffet breakfast for 2. There is also a swimming pool located at the 5th floor. Very much satisfied during our 3 day stay. will definitely stay here again on our future trip.

The hotel is clean and new. The buffet breakfast provided was free which was great!
There is a swimming pool in the 5th floor of the hotel which is value added to us!
However, most of the taxi did not know where the location of the hotel, maybe it is quite new to them. We had to ask the taxi to stop us the nearby the BTS station- Ratchathewi. However, it is convenient to take the BTS nearby and lot of food stalls along the roadside during the night.

The hotel front office reception was bad. They were impatience and rude when talked to the customers and with poor english.

Immaculately clean, everything was brand new, they had a safe in the room, remote control A/C that worked perfectly, a beautiful bathroom, wifi, plugs and a delicous and widely varied buffet breakfast included.

The hotel, was great. Spotlessly clean, refreshing, included a wonderful breakfast and the staff were very helpful. The wifi was sub-par but that's to be expected-at least they had it.

Near Ratchathewi station, was a completely different experience than being near Khao San Road. Yes, there were tuk-tuk drivers, but they didn't follow you down the street for 15 feet. There were lot's of sidewalk street food restaurants, not just pad-thai-push-carts. People were a little friendlier and most importantly, we had access to other parts of town, because we were near the Sky Train. ALL OF THIS, WAS 3 DOLLARS MORE THAN KHAO SAN ROAD. To me, that pays for itself in the money you save taking the Sky Train than a taxi or tuk-tuk around town. From the photos, you can see how much more you're getting. It's unbelievable!

Room Tip: Stay on the upper floors-they're quieter!

We've check-in from 25/06/11 to 27/06/11, every thing is wonderful except for the staff , receptionists there, the rude and their English were worst.

Checked in for 4days. Left after one night due to construction dust every where. The kind management went ahead and billed me for four night & no amount of protest would change their position. In the future I will just go around the corner & stay at Asia hotel where this problem does not happen.
Rooms small but ok
Buffet breakfast low quality small quantity & crowded as the skytrain at 5:00 pm.

Stayed there for 3 nights. The hotel was quite easy to find. Alight at ratchatewi bts station and u can walk to the hotel. Walking distance to the platinum fashion mall and MBK. halal restaurant across the road. Good place for a first timer. Newly open so that explain the clealiness of the hotel. 7-11 beside the hotel. Took the airport city link and aligh at phaya thai station and transfer to BTS. alight at ratchathewi and walk about 500m. I would definitely stay ther again.
