This is a very nice hotel with excellent room and nice kitchen area where i could make my own dinner when i was too lazy to go out lol, i liked the pool area which was never busy when i wanted to chill out.

The staff seemed friendly enough with the reception area being above the ground level just in between the eating area and the pool. The breakfast was very nice with plenty to choose from and walking distance to take a coffee and sit by the pool.

I found it quite expensive for what it was though, it is within walking distance to Soi Cowboy if you want to explore the thai nightlife.

We had dinner in the Jasmine Resort Restaurant most recently. The staff is Thai friendly though teh English is very basic. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very basic, new and straight. The food was not expensive though not very special too. The children had steak that was OK.
The restaurant is very close to the BTS, along Sukhumvit Road.

The Jasmine appears to be mainly used as a package tour hotel for large Asian groups so has something of a transit feel about it. Also, it doubles as serviced apartments so tends to be a little more business like than resort like. Despite this it is a comfortable hotel that has good rooms and reasonable facilities; the indoor hydro-pool is of a much higher than expected standard while the outdoor hydro-pool is a little tired so they probably balance each other out.
The restaurant is somewhat basic and dinner proved a challenge for our vegetarian guest though breakfast was much better than expected and provided several vegetarian options and a good Asian/Western fusion.
Generally, the decor is starting to become a little tatty considering it is only a year old but overall the Jasmine provides a nice stop off on the edge of town.

Our friends live in Bangkok near this hotel for 2 nights only. They booked a room for us. Location is convenient (on main road near BTS). But expensive if we compare to Cambodia and staff are a bit lazy (nobody to carry your lugages). Room is ok, nice shower but avoid restaurant. Breakfast is not good too.
Choose this hotel only if you have to stay in this part of Bangkok.

I've rated this hotel excellent although there was a problem during our stay: we had a very important meeting that we missed two days in a row thanks to the receptionist. He seemed to understand the message to our friend and promised to pass it over. Which he didn't. The same happened with our friend's message to us. We never got it.
All the rest was perfect: the room, breakfast, views and especially location. Would and will come back.

Really nice rooms and service, but the pool is never to a construction site. I was whistled at and harassed the whole time I was trying to relax. Location is very convenient to skytran which is easy to navigate. Overall worth $50 but I wouldn't stay here if I was looking for a place to relax by the pool and escape the heat.

I Was booked in for a delux room on the 21/2/2013 for 2 nights when i arrived the staff could not have been more helpful nothing was too much trouble for them. I was booked in very quickly and was told that the hotel was very busy and that i was being upgraded to a better room which turned out to be a suite complete with a sitting room seperate sleeping area and a kitchen complete with a washing machine which came in very handy.
The hotel is ideally located for the Skytrain system being a station outside the hotel PHRA KHANONG being the named station a cost of BAHT35 will get you into the centre of Bangkok for all the shopping you want at reasonable prices and the same price return it takes about 15minutes which is much quicker than the local taxis which can take up to40 to 50 minutes for the same journey.

Room Tip: Rooms on the higher floors mean very little noise if any with the hotel being in a very busy area
