Great rooms and view, reasonable breakfast . We paid Euro 45- double, service is good , near a few good cheap restaurants , special Baht 65- for Singaha beer in the hotel restaurant which is cheaper than most bars . Has a pool with a view.Hotel is next to Pra Kanong BTS train station, one stop to Ekamai station with great restaurants ( steak,Japanese,Korean, thai ,Italian ) just walk 5 minutes up Ekamai street. Good place to stay currently as Jasmine hotel is down at Soi 67 Sukhumvit . Political issues have blocked street from Soi Asoke (soi 21 sukhumvit ) up to centre of city so getting taxis is not easy ,better to take BTS skytrain..

Room Tip: High floor with aview

This hotel is fantastic! The room is just amazing for the price I paid. Also the restaurant has a plethora of choices for everyone. There's a nearby mini mart which is convenient and the hospital is less than 5 minutes away. Sky train station is right outside also. All in all, perfect hotel for anyone.

First thing that surprised me was the interior decor.. I didn't expect a 4 star hotel to focus so much on interior design. It is tastefully done.

Second thing is the room was much better furnished than I expected. There was a large TV and stereo, fully-equipped kitchenette, washing machine, and assorted amenities. The bathroom was pretty big with separate compartments for bathtub/rain shower, and for the toilet.

The restaurant meals and mini-fridge items are surprisingly reasonably priced. One meal goes for around 200 baht and one beer for around 80, I think. You can probably find cheaper at a supermart, but not by much.

There are also 2 pools at the hotel, the indoor pool features a hot / cold jacuzzi, and the outdoor pool is, well, a pool, overlooking the BTS station Phra Khanong (the hotel is right outside the BTS station). Accessibility is excellent because the BTS station is right outside and sukhumvit road runs by the hotel, there's never any shortage of taxis along the road at all hours.

The only things I didn't like are the state of the outdoor pool, whose floor looks pretty dirty, and the stale smell in the kitchenette in the room. These to me are minor problems however. For the price (right now around USD$50), you can't really go wrong with this hotel.

Room Tip: Choose a room with a higher floor for less noise.

Comfortable room, good food and excellent service. Only drawback may be a lack of amenities in the immediate surroundings. However, since you are so close to the sky train, this hardly matters. I have always stayed at the sister hotel - also excellent - at Asok, but I will stay here in future because I found the entire atmosphere more relaxing.

Stayed here for five nights while visiting a friend in Bangkok. Very easy, speedy check-in. Room was adequate, clean and had a nice bathroom. Wifi was very convenient. Pool on the 7th floor was beautiful and never crowded. Also had convenient laundry room located near pool, can't beat doing laundry while lounging in the sun. Breakfast buffet is mediocre at best, but it's free so who can complain. Very conveniently located to the BTS, quick commute to all the sites in Bangkok. Overall nice stay, for the price!

We stayed three nights in this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and had a fridge and an electric stove. The bed was big and comfertable. In the morning we enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much, we had alot of choice in different kinds of food (i.e. you can have sandwiches, pancakes or rice and noodles). The prices are relatively cheap and you can eat at local food stands nearby the hotel (or bring the food to the hotel room to eat there). There is a skytrain station (Phra Khanong) right next to the hotel and it takes about 15 minutes to get to the center of bangkok (i.e. Siam station). We enjoyed some nice Thai massage at the hotel after we arrived from our flights to bangkok. This really helped with our jet lag. All the staff is very friendly. We definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.
