I'm always stay at this hotel when I'm going to Bangkok. My first choice hotel! The hotel is situated next to the BTS Prakanong, there is a family mart and lots of shop around this place. The room is very clean, the staffs are friendly and helpful.

Stayed there for 9 nights and after all it was the right choice. Very spacious rooms, microwave, toast machine, friendly and helpful staff.

Beds were great so good sleep was possible. Sukhumvit road is noisy so ask for a room on a higher floor away from the road. Separate shower/bathtub from toilet. All in all fantasitic room value for the price.

Location is good as directly in front of the Skytrain (Metro system). 15mins ride to the central station. Small supermarket next to the hotel and a Thai style open air food court one station away (On Nut).

Good connection to the airport as the location is not too prone to traffic jams (compared to city center locations).

Only small drawback was inconsistent room cleaning and refill and it still did not get better after a friendly reminder at the reception desk. But could be just one staff not giving a damn as the rest of service was ok and always very helpful.

Room Tip: Higher floor away from the main street.

The front desk is weak in English, first they were unable to give us a room by 2PM check in time though we were half an hour early. Then they gave us a different room than requested, we got a twin bed when we wanted a king size double bed, the receptionist were unapologetic about this episode, neither they asked which floor and gave us a nonsmoking room. The in house room service is bad and takes a long time. The hotel is full of Asian guests and hence i wonder why they were not able to understand English.
However the room is big and nice equipped with Microwave, big refrigerator and kitchen.
although the Toilet and bath is separate but big enough. Our stay was ok as we were out most of the time.

A warm welcome: While we waited for our room we had access to the pool incl towels.

Generous and clean rooms with very hard beds. Water taps were hard to open/close. Free wifi, but when your device/laptop goes to sleep you have to login again. Irritating. The flashing blue LED on the power card switch and the green LED ring on a device in the ceiling (router?) lit up the room during the night. Technology should never disturb like that!

Not that many restaurants in the neighborhood, except for streetfood, but the hotel's restaurant has good food at reasonable prices. Have to mention their Chicken Cashew that is made with charcoal grilled vegetables.

Good location if you plan to take the morning bus from Ekamai. Also the BTS and a good convenient store are located near the hotel.

Would we stay here again? For a first night before travelling by bus from Ekamai to Koh Chang, Jasmin is definitely a good option.

Room Tip: Rooms facing BTS station are more noisy.

Although the hotel is a bit far from the nightlife of Sukhumvit, a BTS right at the gate more than makes it up. I got a twin bed accommodation and I had a very comfortable stay. I reached the hotel at around 7:00 am and had to wait for a few hours to get the room. I had requested for an early check-in by mail but I didn't receive any response. This is not expected. I would advise the hotel to respond to the customer queries. The staff at reception was helpful and they helped me by giving advise on the places to visit in Bangkok.
