After a more terrifying experience during our first days in Bangkok we choose to stay here as price and value is fair. The hotel itself is in a very busy area surrounded by other buildings and offices. However to get around town it was very easy to catch the sky train from the nearby asoke station. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room as average but all functional.

At first I had thought not to mention anything personal here, but seeing the below review from Chiccks i have decided otherwise.

- Poor check-in check-out facilities - slow, more importantly discourteous. I totally agree with Chiccks Mr March was quite rude/moody. And not that others were very friendly.

- Bathroom ceiling had developed seepages. Was lucky water was not coming out when i was there

- At check-out, they were supposed to refund me 100 Baht which they comfortably forgot. I had to return back to collect the money.

- Worst was Wifi, which was switching off in every 5-10 mins. Had to keep logging in again and again.

Room Tip: Yeha, choose a room outside the Hotel - chose Other Hotel :)

We stayed here for 1 week because we are looking for somewhere to rent for long term.
Breakfast are OK.Room was clean. Some of receptionist (Mr March) was so moody come across quite rude when he talked to customer. I don't know if he doesn't speak must English or just rude.
The price a bit high for the service and area , good thing about it next to Phakanong sky train.

My wife and I live near this hotel so this is where we usually send our out of town guests. We've never stayed there but have been up to the rooms. The rooms are comfortable and modern. Our friends have never had a single complaint and we have sent several people there. The pool is nice and relaxing and has a nice roof top kind of view. My friends say the spa is great and reasonably priced.
Because it is near our home, we have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner here several times. We also sometimes get take away after a hard day's work. We have never had to make a single complaint about the food or service. Although the breakfast buffet is not as good as the Marriott, it is good value for the money. Lunch and dinner menus have all the Thai favorites and a few western and Japanese dishes. It would be easy to find something you like. Thais and foreigners alike will like the food and appreciate the good service.
I have always helped my friends check in and out and the front desk service is 5-star.
Location is great, right next to the Phra Khanong BTS station, just about 10 minutes to Nana and about 15 to Siam Square and Paragon.

Room Tip: Ask for a high floor with a nice view. Don't be shy to ask for an upgrade. You may get a room w...

A nice simple hotel that is 15 minutes away from the hustle and bustle which is Bangkok. If you are coming with family or just your spouse or maybe you have business in mind, I would recommend staying here. It is as simple as it gets. Great bedrooms, One restaurant in the ground floor and a spa/massage place and that's it. Just come and chill out Jasmine Resort, for everything else get on the BTS Train right next to the hotel and go to where the action is. Staff here are very courteous and go out of their way to help you.

It had been a very memorable stay in this property when i had been to Bangkok last year. As we Came back from Pattaya having pathetic experience with the hotel named - INTIMATE HOTEL PATTAYA we got a pleasant surprise with a free upgrade to a Premier Corner Suite room for a Deluxe Room. This suit had a living room with big Led Screen a kitchen with all amenities like microwave, fridge, mini dinning etc. Nice and big bathroom and private swimming pool in one of the Suites. The size of the suite is big enough giving you a feel of 1BHK Studio Apartment with complete amenities. And generally the hotel has all amenities which could be found in modern hotels - Free Wi-Fi, Nice swimming and Jacuzzi Pool, gym, big dining hall and big Lobby seating on the reception. Location is also very good with 7-11 store neighboring the hotel. Food is not that great may be for Indians but breakfast is still manageable. Although, the staff is very co-operative and strive hard to provide you the best of there services. What more do you want in 4000/- INR.(Belive it OR Not). I would highly recommend you to ask for Premier Suit room. It might be a lifetime experience at very reasonable cost.

Room Tip: Premier Corner Suit Room
