Rooms with almost all facilities needed for daily stay in hotels. Fittings are standard one. Most attractive is Indian Channels on LCD TV. Can stay here best for the need of bed rest and sleep and move for the work daily.

Room Tip: Room towards front can be little noisy but better.

I have been to this hotel twice and both times have had a good stay. If all your looking for is a good sized room, spacious bathroom with all the required amenities on your door step so you can explore the city then you can't go wrong here. Price is also very good. Only knock I have is that the last time I was here the place was showing a bit of wear and tear but if they keep on top of this with the necessary refurbishments should be no problem.

Also not really for business people if trying to avoid noise as a variety of clubs/bars within 50 yards but perfect for tourists.

Looks very nice but sad to say, it was the worst hotel of our 3-week vacation. About a 8-10 min walk from sukhumvit. It's also attached to a resto called Firehouse, where the burgers got rave reviews from our local expat friends (in case you tire of Asian cuisine).

The Good: The modern decor and clean lines would have otherwise made for a pleasant stay

The Bad: I'm a seasoned journalist who has lived and traveled around the world, so I'm no shrinking violet. The major problems were noise and smell. Noise: unidentified drilling-like noise in 10 second bursts throughout the day AND night, indicating it wasn't mere construction. The hotel is nestled between a number of lounges, which makes it convenient to go out, but you can definitely hear the music from inside the room. Initially I wondered why there was a mechanized air freshener releasing puffs of scent every 10 minutes. Turns out, it was trying unsuccessfully to mask the stench of open sewer emanating from unknown source. Possibly the open sewer. Oh, and there was dried up gum on the headboard.

The Bottom Line: Avoid at all costs unless you are hard of hearing and have no sense of smell. Hopefully these are fixable problems because the hotel would otherwise be fine.

This is a lovely little boutique hotel located close to the BTS about a 10 minute walk which is an interesting walk well worth it. The rooms are nice clean and the staff is always ready to accomodate to your needs. The restaurant attached is very good as well. Pleasant stay if we go back will defintely book this hotel again.

I was there for 2 days , although the rooms are not that big but given the price i find it as a fair deal . The location is close to BTS station and since i was there for business reason, i hardly stayed in the room but than i just needed a good place to sleep well at night. One thing i really loved about the place was the good utilization of space . I found the staff to be helpful and resourceful incase you wanted to direction about certain places. Again i rate the place based on the price and i found it value for money

This hotel seemed nice so we walked in, saw the rooms, made a booking, paid the booking fee and agreed on a time of arrival with the receptionist, she even wrote it down. However, when we arrived, with heavy bags and exhausted, the room was not available. The same receptionist said she had given the room for late check out for the previous client as she did not expect us to arrive at the agreed time. It was obvious that she had charged the other client extra for late check out.

She offered no help with finding another place to stay, just expected us to sit there and wait until the previous client left. She was not friendly or seem in any way sorry for her mistake. Luckily we found another and much nicer hotel just down the road Citichic which was same price, much larger and better equipped room, with pool and gym.

Sesons Boutique Hotel is right on Soi 11 which can be very loud for the rooms facing the street or the back which faces some nightclubs. The rooms in the middle of the building have no window. The rooms are also very small. Prices do not include breakfast and there are no facilities for guests. Do not let the word 'boutique' confuse you.

Stayed here on two different occassions. It is always a good sign when you go back to the same hotel.
Although a relatively small hotel - the (superior) room which i stayed in was sufficient to my needs including fridge, flat screen tv, big double bed, ensuite, modern lighting, tea making facilities, etc. However no swimming pool as it is a boutique hotel.
The room and hotel was very clean and modern but the best thing about it was the friendlyness of the staff. They always went out there to ask how I was, what my plans were and always smiling!
The price i paid was around 1,200 baht with a 200 baht deposit for the keycard which I got back on check out.
The hotels location is excellent just off the Sukhumvit on Soi 11. (very up-market Soi) - Close to some very nice restaurants and bars. I recommend La Fenix rooftop bar. Also try some of the other hotels bars on the Soi. The hotel is opposite Q Bar and very close to Climax which is ideal for a drunken night out. About 15 minutes walk to Nana BTS.
There was only one downside to the hotel - as I come to Bangkok for pleasure - bars, nightclubs, etc. I sleep most of the day. This is quite hard to do as there is a new building site out the back of the hotel making it impossible to sleep during the hours of around 7am? until about 4:30-5:00pm.
Apart from this the I would recommend this hotel. Great value for money

Room Tip: Superior rooms are good priced and fairly spacious - very clean and modern
