Hotel well located in front of the sky train station of Surasak in fact you walk from the hotel straight to the station and in few stop u are at the main shopping centre of Siam . We had a very
Good club room with free drinks at the top executive lounge with river view fantastic service and choice of food and drinks from 5.30 pm till 7.30 pm very good quality . We booked on their web site and we were up graded to a premium deluxe room very nice and big . King size bed . Next visit to bangkok
We ll surely go back to this hotel
Not the cheapest but is worthy all the money paid . We also had free daily ticket on the sky train for two people .

The hotel is conveniently located for taking the BTS skytrain. You can access the skytrain direcly from the hotel. Room was OK. Big enough and clean. Big flat TV and great view of the city. I stayed in the 18th floor so the noise from the street was very minimal. I guess this is not the case when staying in lower floors...Breakfast was good. Nice variety and presentation. Pool is not very big so if you want a sun bathing bed you better get there early. Didn't try the restaurants simply because the prices there were very expensive. Even for an hotel. Same with the hotel bar. The front desk was very efficient and customer oriented. Overall I was satisfied and felt that I got a good value for my money.

Room Tip: Ask for the highest floor possible

We stayed at the Eastin for two nights in feb 2014 in a sky deluxe room. Hotel and room were very clean and hotel staff were friendly and attentive. Our room came with breakfast - large selection of cook to order and ready made North American, Asian and European items - all were very good. The hotel has a really nice pool overlooking the city. We would stay here again!

This hotel is stunning. The room was spacious with a huge bed, floor to ceiling views of Bangkok and a gorgeous bathroom. Staff were fantastic & so helpful and everything was spotlessly clean. The Sky train makes it really easy to access Bangkok & the station is attached to the hotel via a walkway. Breakfast was amazing - so much choice, from Western to Dim Sum & noodle soup.

However the best thing about this hotel was the swimming pool/bar area. After a hot day touring Bangkok, coming back to the luxury of the infinity pool overlooking Bangkok and a quick cocktail before bed was amazing.

I don't have any criticisms of this hotel, I will always stay here when I'm in Bangkok.

2nd time been there, hotel is modern, pool with an amazing view, nice bar and and very good breakfast buffet. The quality of the food is very good and it looks tasty.

I really loved the pancakemachine in de morning for Fresh baked pancakes. And the complimentary nuts with the drinks at the poolbar.

Rooms are very comfortable and just big enough. Hotel is located nearby Public transport which is very convenient.

Not cheap, but worth the money, although the second time it was much more expensive then the first time.

Strategically situated near Sky Train station and central pier, this is really nice hotel to stay, while you enjoy the Bangkok.

Very good breakfast with different options for western, Japanese and local cuisine. They offer a discount for guests for their weekend grand buffet and this is certainly worth trying. The selection of seafood was very good and foie gras delicious.

Concierge was very helpful in finding a day trip just for our special needs.

About a year before we stayed here and it was excellent. This time I will rate it just as good.
Rooms: remain spacious. Bathroom basin still is not practical to use but huge shower.
Gym: still great and well equipped and well looked after. Maybe need more cycle machines.
Pool: hazy this time but still spectacular area to hangout with cocktails. Can be busy during peak days. Bathrooms are clean and classy. Snack food also nice.
Breakfast: always very busy. But always food excellent. Busy staff try their best. Lots of options. Slow pancake machine so time yourself well. Delicious.
Room service: same as glass house restaurant ala carte menu. Ordered hot chocolate. Comes in a small cup. Terrible to drink.
Restaurants: glass house is nice. They have seafood buffet which still sports the meats too. Looked great. The Chinese Restaurant is always busy.
Extra night: wanted to stay extra night in Bangkok and it was a nightmare to arrange. And ended up sadly having to leave the hotel for another cheaper 5 star hotel. Would have really liked for someone to make a plan. But their plan came too late when I was leaving.

We stayed at the 3 star Eastin Easy in Phuket Patong beach just before coming to bangkok and that was excellent stay overall. Hopefully my next stay at eastin grande will be better.
