We stayed here on 2 occassions during our trip in Thailand. The rooms are spacious with a comfortable sized bathroom. We hada superior room with a shower and no bathtub.
Breakfast was my favourite part! There is a huge variety available and everything is delicious. At 6am the buffet is ready.
We ordered roomservice twice when we were exhausted after our daytrips..it was a bit pricey but very good. What i also liked if that they called to check if everything was ok.
Excellent wi-fi connectivity.
We really enjoyed the pool. A tip: if you arrive and your room isn't ready you can up to the 14th floor, shower, change and swim/relax by the pool until you can get into the room. It was perfect after a long flight.
There are always taxis on standby but be clear to both the hotel employee and driver that you want to use the meter when staying in the city (this applies to all of Bangkok).
One thing i didn't understand, when i asked the concierge how much it would be to hire a taxi to tour Ayutthaya one guy said 2500 baht and the next day another colleague said 3000. When i explained that it was offered to me at 2500 the day before he changed his price but i don't see why i have to haggle with concierge at a upscale hotel.
If you cross the street using the skywalk and use one of the roads to connect to Silom road and within 10minutes there is a whole selection of restaurants.

We had interconnecting rooms which gave our family of 4 lots a space to spread out. The hotel is well located next the BTS so easy travel to Bangkok highlights. There isn't much in the area if you want to walk. The pool is lovely but as expected very crowded and we didn't manage to get a spot in the five days that we were there! The concierge did recommend a couple of very nice local restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and patient as the hotel was very busy at the time we stayed. Check in and out was efficient. A great place to stay in Bangkok if you just want a "nice, convenient place to stay", would recommend.

WeI chose this hotel because it was easy to reach from both Bangkok Airports. The hotel has a direct bridge link on the third floor,to and from Surasak station on the BTS Skytrain. We had rooms on the 25 floor over the river which were modern and spacious. The 14th floor has the excellent infinity pool.We had lunch by the pool although you had the restaurant option also.In the evening we had street food which we all enjoyed.Staff here were first class, and as we had an air on problem and had to move room, they gave us complementary breakfast on the 32 executive floor.

Room Tip: River view high floor above 20th floor

Hotel well located in front of the sky train station of Surasak in fact you walk from the hotel straight to the station and in few stop u are at the main shopping centre of Siam . We had a very
Good club room with free drinks at the top executive lounge with river view fantastic service and choice of food and drinks from 5.30 pm till 7.30 pm very good quality . We booked on their web site and we were up graded to a premium deluxe room very nice and big . King size bed . Next visit to bangkok
We ll surely go back to this hotel
Not the cheapest but is worthy all the money paid . We also had free daily ticket on the sky train for two people .

The hotel is conveniently located for taking the BTS skytrain. You can access the skytrain direcly from the hotel. Room was OK. Big enough and clean. Big flat TV and great view of the city. I stayed in the 18th floor so the noise from the street was very minimal. I guess this is not the case when staying in lower floors...Breakfast was good. Nice variety and presentation. Pool is not very big so if you want a sun bathing bed you better get there early. Didn't try the restaurants simply because the prices there were very expensive. Even for an hotel. Same with the hotel bar. The front desk was very efficient and customer oriented. Overall I was satisfied and felt that I got a good value for my money.

Room Tip: Ask for the highest floor possible

We stayed at the Eastin for two nights in feb 2014 in a sky deluxe room. Hotel and room were very clean and hotel staff were friendly and attentive. Our room came with breakfast - large selection of cook to order and ready made North American, Asian and European items - all were very good. The hotel has a really nice pool overlooking the city. We would stay here again!
