Description: Located on the 12th floor next to the Sky Lobby, VIU embraces captivating views of the Royal Bangkok Sports Club, and beyond. By day, the inviting restaurant offers a bright, sunny environment that recalls the grace and character of a stately home. Our lunch features an interactive dining concept with eight live stations. Start with a healthy salad, cold cuts and freshly baked breads before indulging in a main course from our daily selection of Western and Thai specials, accompanied by a fresh selection of pasta, and finally end the meal with our mouthwatering desserts. For dinner, VIU offers signature starters such as the Akami Saku Tuna Tartar where the wasabi is created as a crisp wafers rather than paste, and for our rendition of the Caesar Salad - Grilled Romaine, Crisp Parma Ham, the lettuce is grilled with Parma ham. For the main courses, Chef Richard recommends The St. Regis Maine Lobster Thermidor and the Blackmore 500 Day Wagyu Grain Fed Skirt.

Lots of food choice both on the buffet and as side order. (guinea fowl, pheasant, venison, boston lobster)
Iberico ham was very nice also not properly cut.
Recommend to eat cold on the buffet and make sure you specify the level of cooking for your side order to avoid disappointment.
Overall a nice experience.

Tried the first time, enjoyed it very much. Did not regret choosing St Regis Bangkok Sunday Brunch instead of the much reviewed Sunday Brunch at Four Seasons. The view was nice overlooking the fields, food was good, selection was great, and the staff was excellent. Knowing that it was my Best Buddy birthday, they surprised him with a lovely blueberry cheesecake which he loved it but sadly he was too full to finished it. Although the price was a little on the high side, but with dishes that includes premium selection of food and drinks makes it kinda worth it, especially when you are enjoying it with your loved ones.

Will definitely return again on a special occasion, or maybe if I planned to stay at The St Regis Bangkok in the near future.

Great breakfast and the manager Geoge is the nicest English man in Bangkok. The bar in the terrace is fabulous by night.

The quality of this breakfast buffet is varied - however it is mostly mediocre quality dressed up to be more upscale. Also in comparison to other buffets (eg. Plaza Athenee) the variety is much more limited. Having said that I have no major complaints.
Worst part is it cost me 1118 B for breakfast - that's like $38. Unbelievable!!!!! There is no way that this is justified, so overall I cannot recommend.

Awesome buffet for breakfast, which was the only meal we had at the Viu. Staff were very friendly and service was excellent. The egg station was very good, just ask for what you want and they will make if for you. I don't often see eggs Florentine or Benedict at an egg station...the Viu has pretty much whatever you need or could want.
