“Wow, and wow again!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 April 2013

Very modern, large, comfortable, chic 4 room suite with all the amenities one could ask for. Very quiet, terrific bed, TVs, shower/bath, and more. Control all room functions from large flat panel TVs (2). I have never had such a nice room for anywhere near this price (check Agoda.com). No view, but I think this is common for most hotels in this area. Pool atop adjoining building. Short walk to north around block to # 11 street where you will find lots of pubs, restaurants, etc. Catch an inexpensive breakfast from street vendors just outside hotel entrance. Very friendly staff with very good English at front desk. Would I do again? Yes, and yes again.

Room Tip: Ask for street view, if available.

Corner suite on 7th floor is exceptionally comfortable. Check in a little delayed as the "looms were not leady"' and after a complimentary welcome drink of choice from the bar (excellent) our provided room was obviously not for non- smokers! So we chose to go shopping and returned to an upgrade, although our friends normal room on 8th floor was also very large and comfortable! Just not twin basins and walk in robe! Staff service very friendly and helpful and all front desk staff could speak English. They were happy to call metered taxis, and checked them on our return to make sure we had not left anything in taxis! Good touch! Prompt service at midnight when our room safe jammed! Room was clean and bed very comfortable, but more attention could be paid to shower recesses going mouldy! Bathroom towels a little shabby...... Comfortable lounge room, working desk, free Internet connection, and mini kitchen - super value on Agoda special promotion!

Room Tip: Rooms away from construction site next door could be quieter!

We are here live and enjoying our stay. The beds are comfortable, the pillows are extra plump and the rooms are very spacious. The staff is friendly and super serviable. Well situated and a tuk-tuk at your service. Yes there is some construction going on next door but we were up early so it didn't bother us.

spacious and modern looking room.We stay in this hotel 3 night. We book 3 room,my wife's parents and my parents.Room was clean and really comfortable, bed was also good.Staff was so friendly,I asked them to arrang big Taxi for us for day.

This hotel has a pool on the rooftop. A nice size. There is also a 'hot' tub.

10 minute walk to NANA station. They also has free Tutu, send you to NANA station or Asok stion.

If you like to visit Robinson or Terminal 21,you can ask hotel TUTU send you to Asok. You only need walk 2 min to Robinson or Terminal 21.

The hotel has different types rooms. So if you don't like you can ask them change.

Room Tip: 406,506 is good.305 very dark and small. We ask them to change.

What a cheek! What a way to hide poor review from travellors. Change the name of the hotel, increase your prices, and discourage staying by young children by imposing outrageous prices for bedding.

Changing the name can't help the fact that every time you get a shower of rain, you have to wade through 30 centimeters of flood water over a road full of humps bumps and potholes.

Changing the name doesn't cover for the fact that they apoint absolutely spectactularly helpful staff but who can hardly speak a word of English.

Rooms are very spacious and in general well kept. Pity you need a PhD to work out how to control the lighting and air conditioning.

The rooftop pool could be really great if they provided more of an atmospere. Bar service by telephone down to the restaurant. Who selected the colour scheme for the pool? Orange and brown are not to my taste. And so boring!

Soi 13 is not the best of sois to be located in. Apart from the flooding it is dark and uninteresting at night time. Nowhere near as good as Soi 11. However, the Hotel Tuk Tuk at least allows you to get to Sukhumvit shops, MRT, and nightlife.

The room service menu was not excessively priced althouigh we must ask when hotels will stop over pricing of bar fridge items?

Don't book early on this one and certainly don't boook in the rainy season or you'll be marooned.

And wait just a few more months until they finish all of the building works around the hotel. The noise can be pretty distracting for some rooms. Ours was OK though and it was just being overlooked and surrounded at the rooftop pool.

Leave booking until late and watch out for the excessive extra charge for young children or don't take the kids!

Room Tip: Check for proximity to the building sites arouind the hotel. Not for rainy season. And not for the y...

The rooms in this hotel are quite spacious and modern looking. Everything was really clean. It is a long walk along soi 13 to get to the main road, but they have a complimentary tuk tuk to get there.

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nites. It was quite loud in the morning with the construction. We were on a smoking floor and we could smell the smoke from the room next to us. Also, we could hear banging of room doors and music from neighboring rooms. After the first 3 nights, they moved to us to a higher non-smoking floor, which was quieter.

Breakfast was amazing! The best one I have ever eaten. Gym is quite good too. However, the pool is too small.

this was my second visit to the hotel, a great room with a very comfortable bed and separate rouge and kitchen. Internet and tv were great, breakfast was good too.

The pool was full every day so didn't get to use it, but their tuk tuk took us to the main road to catch strain to access all areas. Local area also has food, drink, massage and shopping all in short walking distance.

On this visit our room had a strange smell but we were moved once they realised that the smell could not be fixed. The Staff were very quick to help when there were any problems.

We stayed from 7-12 Jan and as the hotel got emptied the service got better.
The restaurant area was having some repairs but this was handled well by the staff keeping the area clean and organised amid the obviously awkward building issues.

Would go again.
