On arrival Reception were very attentive and aware of my e mailed request, good start.
Kindly upgraded my room but unfortunately the aircon in the bedroom was not working, despite a visit from the Technician and a subsequent promise that this was a news quieter model ( an excuse I believe) it still did not do the job. This meant another move across to the other block where the room was fabulous but again similar problem with aircon, never mind.
Apart from banging doors ( inconsiderate guests) the room was quiet, cleaned too a high standard daily and worth the extra.
Swimming pool kind of small and approximately 12 sun beds.
Gym was well equipped.
Staff extremely pleasant.
Breakfast had a reasonable variety but after 9.30 there was a lack of replenishment, breakfast finish at 10.30
Tuk Tuk service was good when around, do not always wait as sometimes it can be 20 minutes plus.
As mentioned before Taxi 's waiting outside try to rip you off, you are better waiting in the street for a passing cab, however the drivers are often selective.
For my needs the hotel was faultless. Thank you.

Stayed here for 1 night only.

The good: Our room was unavailable so we were upgraded to a suite which was comfortable and large. Hotel is part of the Radisson group so is well appointed with good staffing levels. Location is quiet considering you're in the middle of Bangkok. Good breakfast selection.

The not so good: Hotel location is quite far up Soi 13 so dragging suitcases from the Skytrain can be a pain. When I turned on the bath taps there was brown water. This cleared up quickly though. No odour so not sewage thank god.

The bad: Beware the taxi drivers near the hotel entrance. There's a group of 5-6 cars there and they will demand 500 baht flat rate to the airport (should be 300ish plus toll). I don't care about the extra few dollars, but I do object to being conned. We were lucky as a taxi dropped off a guest while we were there and we grabbed that taxi at usual rate.

Verdict: Good hotel at a very good price. Area has a mixture of restaurants and massage places. The usual really. Not far from Nana station.

Room Tip: All rooms appear to be quiet. AC is also quiet and bed is soft.

We stayed in a one bedroom suite for 5 nights and it was very nice and spacious. Only negatives were the hot water could get scalding hot very rapidly and seemed to fluctuate a lot and the tile floor in room 405 shower needs replacement as it was spongy and water seeped from the floor.

Good breakfast, only negative was the cold tasteless bacon. The hot food could have been a bit warmer rather than luke warm, perhaps keep the hot food covered?

They seemed to keep a very tight rain on English Breakfast tea bags. On our first morning at 7.00am we were asked if we would like Tea or Coffee, I requested a pot of English breakfast for two, 5 minutes later sorry no tea bag's, then our pot of tea arrived 5 minutes later? My wife requested two teabags one evening which they advised they would send up, never arrived. BRING YOUR OWN TEA BAGS!

The staff seemed very unhappy and never really smiled.I thought this was the Land of Smiles?

Don't bother to book direct with the hotel as it is cheaper booking through one of the many websites.

I stayed here 3 nights in december in the one bedroom-suite. So far this was my best experience in Bangkok. I have stayed 5 times in Bangkok over the last year and I'm sure when returning, I would chose for this hotel again.

Service was extremely fluent while all people in the hotel work with a smile and are extremely friendly. Moreover, the hotel is just a 2 minutes walk from sukhumvit soi 11 where you can find all the action for bars, rooftops and clubs. There are also plenty of restaurants in the neighboorhood and also the most famous tailors are within walking distance.

The rooftop large Jacuzzi was a nice extra also...

We only stayed here one night for New Years Eve.

As a tip, many taxi drivers seem confused when you say In Residence but as its by Radisson, they knew the hotel.

The hotel is a good location, and does provide a free driver to the major train stations.

We had the buffet dinner for New Years and it was just amazing. They had all the kinds of food you can imagine, with fresh seafood to be grilled, and a pasta making station where they make you fresh pasta.

The room was really big, with a private dining and living area.

When checking out the staff made sure we did not leave anything in the room and ran after me to give me an ice cream bar I had forgotten in the freezer.

We were only here one night but it was a great stay

Good business hotel in the heart of the city. The breakfast, I liked very much. It was the best part of my stay. Rooms are good too.
Will come back here in the future, when in Bangkok.

The hotel is managed by Radisson and it is in the same premises. It's little bit far to walk 15mins from the main Sukhumvit road (Nana Sky train station) but they have a complimentary drop service by Tuk-tuk. There is a departmental store opposite and couple of 7Eleven near by. Also there is great indian reastaurent near by.

The room was magnificent, it was much more than expectation. It was clean, eberything was 100% fine and we can not ask anything to be better. The buffet breakfast was huge. It was too much for me to get confused on what to eat :) and I stick to regular things and try one variety item everyday. The coffee they served was best.

Overall service was superb and they gave me a late check out on request. I loved the place and will go again when in Bangkok.

Room Tip: higher floor
