Fantastic stay. Really good atmosphere in hostel and Joy is amazing. She has so much knowledge about Bangkok and offers good advice. The area is quiet and away from the tourists. Good food locally - a real plus.
Will definitely stay with her again on any return trip to Bangkok.

Myself and a friend were backpacking around thailand and stayed here on two occasions at the beginning and end of our trip and i have to say it was one of the most friendly and hospitable places we had been overall. Joy was so helpful with any queries we had and is a wealth of knowledge about what to see/avoid in Bangkok, how to get there and she had tonnes travel tips for Thailand overall. The rooms and adjoining bathrooms are kept very clean, there's free wifi (even in the rooms) and there is a common area downstairs as well as a rooftop area where people can socialise which is nice because often guesthouses don't have these. It's also right beside the train station and you can pick up a taxi or tuk tuk no bother outside the door if you prefer that too. Definitely recommend this place, i know i'll be back.

Joy is a really nice owner, always helpful and chatty. The hostel is pretty far out of the centre but in a really nice non tourist neighborhood with good food. If you dont mind not being in the party place this is a great hostel (very close to the BTS). The bathroom was a bit small and beds are really hard. But everything is cleaned daily and the atmosphere is really nice!

Excellent guesthouse with an excellent and fun loving owner... Joy is an excellent host who is helpful and nice! She is always helpful and chatty! If I am ever in Bangkok again, I will definitely come back again!

Room Tip: Choose a 5 Bed dorm and you will make great friends!

It was quiet, in a non-tourist neighbourhood, and really easy to get to from the train. I only stayed two nights, but Joy was so welcoming and relaxed I wish I could have stayed a week. I'd even recommend it to my mum.

Clean, basic hostel with outside common area, perfect for a couple of days going through Bangkok.

Joy is friendly and has a great sense of humour, she's doing a great job! My only criticism is that the hostel needs a bigger sign or, a sign as it's difficult to locate and not on google maps app yet, only the web version.

The Hostel was very clean and easy to find.
The host named Joy was alright, but she made one too many weird remarks about german people, which could be taken as an offense if you don't like the sarcastic attitude of Joy.
Also the mix of people wasn't too nice, any other hostel I've been to before on this trip had a friendlier vibe . But that may be coincidence.
The experience could have been much nicer with a better mix of people and a host who should consider carefully the weird remarks about their foreign guests.
Defenately room for improvement concerning the service attitude, but the roof terrace is very good! No food to buy in the hostel but a 7/11 is 1 minute away.
