I had visited Terminal 21 and was wandering around the various tailor shops opposite and walked into this bar late afternoon. The staff were not attentive and the place seemed to be a haunt of local lost causes... I did not drink and ordered a diet coke and tried the sausage meal and was underwhelmed.. maybe I was not in the mood to enjoy a place like this - although it looked inviting from outside.

Pro tip; if you move to a country to make money and run a business you should probably respect the culture of the country. Yesterday was Buddhist lent. By law the sale of alcohol is illegal. The owner of this restaurant is a foul mouthed, overweight, bad English stereotype. He was angry because the police has fined him for serving alcohol. At dinner we overheard him make racist remarks about Thai men. We also heard him say that he would rip up any envelopes with donations to the Buddhist monasteries if his staff were to donate- his reason being that "their religion was ruining his business". All I can say is go back to England if Thai culture offends your lifestyle so much. Do not support this business and the idiot who owns it.

I recently visited this place on a recommendation from friends.

The full breakfast was ok but not as good as we had expected and not as good as coffee club or dubliners breakfast in Bangkok, yet more expensive.

Also had a large Sausage sandwich which i was told was huge and packed, it came as large french stick cut in 2 which was as big as was recommended but only had 1 sliced sausage in each so was more bread than sausage so disappointing for 300 baht really.

Had been recommended and was looking forward to it and left disappointed unfortunately.

This is a reasonable pub with an ok selection of imported beers and can be quite lively, especiallyu after work. The food is good English fayre, and the Liver & Bacon is a huge portion and very tasty.
My only gripes would be the crowd around the bar get a bit 'exclusive' and limit the amount fo room in an already crowded pub. Also, the staff can seem quite vague at times. Make sure you are very clear with your order.

This charming little pub has become one of our locals whilst in thailand for a month.
Easy location & Happy hour is great with many of the draft beers being only 100 baht.
The food is fantastic but be warned the meals are huge but delicious!
The staff are pleasant and always smiling.
We are sure we will be back before we leave!
