A great place to stay .. A must place to stay with family too ... staff very very friendly specially at Executive Lounge.. u will be feeling tht u r treated as a king.. they make u feel in charge of every thing, u name it u have it ..

I was shocked at how clean this hotel is. I'm extremely picky and this hotel is spotless. We paid a little extra to get a room with the prestige club floor and it was worth it. Arriving at 7 am the concierge sat with us for 2 hours (before we checked in) to help us personally plan the rest of our trip and book our excursions. The rooms are beautiful. And the service at the hotel is exceptional!

Room Tip: Pay the extra to stay on the prestige floor. Has a lot of extra perks. Adding the breakfast package is also worth while.

Recommend the Japanese restaurant and the coffee shop lunch special.

Lack of equipment in the gym. Pool spectacular but not for those with a height issue.

Staff all great and very friendly. Origami also a very nice touch.

Stayed here with my wife from jan27-30 ,let me tell you something in my life i have been to many many hotels but the quality and services of this hotel is the best i have ever seen!
The hotel is at an amazing location the sky train is right under the hotel !!! So no walking or anything just go to the second floor and buy ur tickets lol :-)
Internet is super fast!!!
The breakfast is amazing soo many choices and the quality is very good
The services is what i loved the most they helped me plan my short stay ,made sure we were safe ,had always a smile on there faces ,everyone spoke english
All in all for the price your paying your getting more then what you pay for,will def return ,Thanks again to the staff of okura you guys were great :-)

This is a good location to stay in Bangkok, it is close by shopping and very clean at reasonable price. Employees are nice and facilities are good.I dint have a problem to book on line and we were received by friendly employees

Room Tip: Ask for floors 30 and above
