I stayed here on business for the first time and was blown away with how good the hotel was. I stayed here based on the trip advisor reviews and was certainly not disappointed.
Location - Excellent, right next to Ploenchit BTS sky train which easily gets you around town. There are lots of excellent restaurants within a minute or so walk of the hotel and its close to some of the highways for getting further out of the city or to the airport (35 mins in good traffic). There are also a number of very good shopping malls within easy walking distance.
Rooms - Brilliant. Large, extremely comfortable and will all amenities. The shower was very good and also there was a walk in wardrobe. The room has a very nice luxury feel about it.
Hotel Facilities - I got to use most of them and every one was superb. The highlight for me was the swimming pool which has an infinity look and a great view over the city. The gym is very impressive with lots of modern equipment and the changing area is also good and has sauna/steam. I use the restaurant for breakfast and evening meal and the quality of the food was exceptional. The breakfast particularly was well cooked with lots of good (healthy) options with a made to order list including some very nice dishes. The hotel also like to add a twist to a few things especially smoothys so look out for some unique flavour combinations.
Staff - Excellent. From start to finish they were helpful, polite, friendly and went out of their way. Couldn't ask for anymore.
This is an amazing hotel and i would stay here again without hesitation. Everything about it is excellent and i am puzzled as to why it isn't the top hotel in Bangkok.
