We continue to return to the Holiday Inn Silom as it’s location suits us for many reasons and frankly would not want to try anywhere else in Bangkok.
Excellent rooms, comfortable beds, a wide screen TV where you can control; the Squat TV syndrome, and an executive club that is simply outstanding and which has few equals let alone any better,
What is the Squat TV syndrome – well it is non existent at this Holiday Inn. We cannot be the only ones who have noticed how so many hotels now provide a TV remote control which has been largely disabled so that it effectively only allows on/off and volume and channel control. However almost every hotel sets the wide screen TV to display a distorted picture in order to fill the wide screen making people fatter and shorter. Why do hotels not leave the picture on the 4:3 aspect ratio of most TV broadcasts so that we can see life and people as they are and not deformed by an apparent need on the hotel’s part to fill the wide screen!
If the location suits you don't hesistate to book the Executive Club at this outstanding Holiday InnMore
