My husband and i stayed here on a mixture of business and some relaxing time. My husband had a meeting room booked and the service was fantastic, i was able to go shopping while he was doing his training, and felt really safe to do this. I did not even have to leave the building and if you need the MTR its just a five minute walk through the MBK and your there. The staff are great friendly and courteous and helpful with information. Have stayed before and will stay again.

It is our first time to walk in the hotel to book the room. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. We managed to have the deluxe room at 4400 BTH per night including the breakfast. We were told it will be cheaper if we book the room on line. the room is bright and spacious , maybe because there is glass window between the room and toilet . The hotel is smoking free. There is smoking area at lever 8 and ground floor! The gym is the biggest in Bangkok.the breakfast is wonderful. There are variety of food! It is amazing!
It is linked to the BMK shopping center, walking distance to the Siam discovery, paragon , central world and platinum fashion mall, as long as you remember to follow the train track, you will not lost your way .
The late check up is 1 pm, I feel it is very reasonable, from the hotel to international airport by taxi , it takes 30 mins during non peak hour . Overall , I would say it is the best hotel I ever stay in Bangkok, I love the breakfast and gym , definitely will come back again!

We recently stayed at the Pathumwan Princess, enjoying four nights at this establishment. We have stayed there on one other occasion and returned for a number of reasons. Firstly the service is second to none, the standard of service offered is very high and all staff were friendly, courteous and very obliging. Secondly is the convenience to all major shopping areas. The rooms have been renovated and are fresh and modern in their layout. Our bed was the best and the doona soft, light and fluffy. Our room on the 27th floor, had amazing views over the city of Bangkok and it was wonderful to watch the non-stop craziness of this city and to see the storms roll in and just as quickly blow away. Security is evident, very efficient, so one feels very safe. The various restaurants offer exceptional service and quality of food is International level. The Gym (Olympic Club) is one of the most well appointed that you will ever encounter and the Pathumwan also offers other sporting facilities including a walking track.

The hotel is directly linked to the MBK building which is an eight level shopping complex as well as Japan's Tokyu Department store. Directly linked by walkways are Siam Discovery, Siam Centre, and the luxurious shopping range of the Siam Paragon. During our last stay we used the tour desk facilities and booked a car and driver and had a full day of touring which in the end saved on both time (as you are not waiting on a full bus load of people to complete their tour) and therefore money. We saw five 'sights' in the one day, in our comfortable airconditioned vehicle. If you are unsure of a tour to undertake on any day, we booked (again at the tour desk), the White Orchid River Cruise to Ayutthaya for the full day tour. The Pathumwan's rates were very reasonable and the tour was exceptional and shows Bangkok's history beautifully.

We booked our accommodation directly through the Pathumwan's website which offers great discounts and the service is very efficient and the staff very obliging of requests. So the convenience of this hotel is second to none. The service and amenities offered exceptional, along with the very affordable accommodation rates. Check it out.
