Very nice hotel on Riverside with quite a good view of River on one side and City on other. Nice ambiance and facilities. Though with one disadvantage of being far away from city. A good place to Stay once you are in city.

Room Tip: Choose above 15th Floor with any end of V-shape for better view

Very nice hotel with staff who always tried to be helpful if sometimes their English let them down! Out of the main city but taxi's are so inexpensive, and the MTR even cheaper, so no worries on that. Restaurants excellent although most people dined out, no doubt to buy cheaper. A local fish restaurant ' The house in the middle of the river' was really good as was 'Asiatique' which was well worth the visit for the shops and eateries. Oh and don't miss the show at 'Siam Niramit'

Room Tip: Ask for a river view!

Stayed with my girlfriend for 3 nights while we toured bangkok.

Although slightly further away from town we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and a taxi to khaosan road only cost us 20baht so not the end of the world.

Free shuttle bus in the evening either into town or to Asiatique which is well worth a visit.

Good choice of food for breakfast and very friendly staff, always smiling.

There is an outdoor pool but when we went to use it we found it was freezing as it was quite overcast so had not been warmed by the sun but nice to have that option whilst in the city.

To sum it all up, if you want comfort and some stunning views and don't mind traveling a bit to get in to town then this hotel is perfect.

I stayed here for a week to attend a conference held at the hotel. It is past it's heyday, but has large spacious rooms and is clean. Being a long distance from attractions, you need to take a taxi or other transport to get around. I recommend eating outside the hotel - there are many fantastic, cheap restaurants a 5 min walk away. They are tucked down side streets so you may need to ask directions. There is also a small shopping complex a few minutes away where you can buy groceries. Have a massage downstairs in the hotel, and there is a really nice gift shop tucked away in the same wing of the hotel.

I stayed there around 17 August, 2013, along with wife and kids, a pleasure place to spend the whole week, but, hard to get to city center (MBK Mall), so paying a lot for transportation, its worth the risk to spend some cash in this hotel

The hotel located in the good location where has a lot of traffic facilities such as MRT, BTS. The staff is well English speaking. Only one thing that is the disadvantage of this hotel is the hotel looked too old and the residential room is very old.
