Great staffs and professional assistance. Stayed 4 days. On the last day, I checked-out at 4:30 am and the staffs prepared a breakfast box for me and my colleagues. I have had great experiences with hotels all over the world, but I was surprised to see how much they cared about each small detail.

Stayed here with my 2 kids in one of their suite rooms. Bathrooms has molds on the ceiling and does not have an exhaust fan (or maybe not working?).
The sliding door between the bedroom and loungeroom got stucked so you could not close it, would have been good to be able to close it as my youngest son watches tv while the rest of us are sleeping. Couches has stains in it. They still have that old CRT tube TV.
The hotel does have a nice grand lobby.
The housekeeper wasn't happy when I told her to come back in a couple of minutes to clean as we were heading out.
Also availed of the spa which was good but the receptionist and massage attendant killed it by insisting I gave them more tip.

So will probably not stay here again.

A lovely facility with a well-trained staff. My complaint is the high price and poor wifi service. For better internet, you have to pay extra. This is not good since the room price is already very high. Bangkok has much better values in terms of location and price.

Our family (2 adults, 3 year old, 6 month old) stayed for four nights from 20 - 24 March 2014. Despite arriving at 7am, we were greeted very warmly by reception staff and shown to our room within 30 minutes - a major plus after a long overnight flight with kids! The room was large (2 double beds and a cot for the baby), clean and well appointed. The pool area was huge, with a shallow end making for safe toddler swimming through to a deep end (2.5 metres). There's a separate paddling pool (0.3 metres) and for the most part we were the only people using it. The gym, although reasonably well-appointed, would benefit from an update. Breakfast was included with our room and was a good offering. For us, there was nothing of note in the hotel's immediate vicinity, so it helped that it was a short walk (2 minutes) to the MRT Huai Kwang station - and from there was only 4 stops to Asok/Sukhumvit BTS sky train in one direction and another 4 in the other direction to Chatuchak weekend market. You do need to travel to the main shopping areas, however our three-day travel pass for the MRT only cost 230 baht per adult and taxis to Sukhumvit only around 100 bhat (using a meter taxi). There is also a small convenience store within the hotel that sells western snacks and the cafe in the hotel lobby does a decent coffee. Overall, a very comfortable stay.
