This hotel has become my favourite place to stay in Bangkok. The location is fantastic. So Central to everything. I usually stay for a week each time I visit Bangkok. Food is great, including Room Service, and all reasonably priced. The Salt Scrub at their in house Spa is a wonderful experience too. More

From my first time staying at this hotel, I have always had a sentimental feeling when I arrived. The staffs from the Bellman, to Mr Beer who did my check-in made me feels as if I am back home once again.
Coming from someone who is from the hospitality industry, it would take service that is beyond expectation to make me write a review, but the simplest act of conversation and a warm smile really made me feels so comfortable that kudos to the management of the hotel. Like the saying goes, if the staffs are happy then the guests will be happier!
Crowne Plaze Bangkok Lumpini has a warmth that makes you feel comfortable... just like home!

This hotel is fantastic, great location the night markets are a 5 to 10 minute walk away MBK shopping centre is about 20 minutes away with traffic, we stayed in the Club Rooms their Club Room is open from 6.30am to 1100pm, the staff are amazing friendly can't do enough for you, check in & check out is in the Club Room not in the normal check in area on the 23rd floor, all the staff in the hotel are the same friendly fantastic. This is our 3rd stay here and we'll definitely be back, Thank you again Crowne Plaza.

Price - Rating: 5/5. Very reasonable based on its location near BTS/MRT, facilities and top class services provided. My room has been upgraded on a complimentary basis.
Friendliness of staff - Rating: 5/5. Staff were friendly + attentive from the receptionist, housekeeping and the door guy.
Cleanliness - Rating: 5/5. The hotel room, bed linen, bathroom, hotel and surrounding are very clean and housekeeping provided daily.
Location - Rating: 5/5. Walking distance (less than 5mins) to Silom MRT and Saladaeng BTS.
Facilities - Rating 5/5. Top class hotel facilities from gym, sauna, restaurants, swimming pool and room amenities.
Breakfast - Rating NA. My room exclusive of breakfast. Why you need a hotel breakfast in Bangkok when you can try variety of breakfast outside

Upon arrival at the building ground floor, was pleasantly told to go up to 23 floor to check in. As I have booked a Club Room, again I was told to go up to 31 floor to check in at the Club Lounge.
Since I'm a Platinum Ambassador, I was pleasantly upgraded to a junior suite. I was given a small elephant as a souviner, thank you !
The staff show me to my room and make sure I have all I need and how all the things works. The suite is really huge but it really need to be renovated, the carpet flooring is very old school, so its the room divided.
I always love the Pillow Spray provided at all Crowne Plaza, this really smell good and help one to sleep better.
Sometimes I go down to Panorama for breakfast, the food selection is wider but coffee at Club Lounge is better, as I prefer machine brewed coffee than those pour from container.
I'm on the 29 floor and renovation is on going on the 27 and 28 floor, it is noisy and at worst annoying. The Panorama restaurant is well renovated and look very new, it follow the newer Crowne Plaza theme such as CP Vientiane.
Overall, i love the hotel for its great location at Silom/Sala Daeng, but what make me want to come back it is the Staff, the staff provides the best friendly service here without being intrusive.
Well done, Crowne Plaza, next time please allocate me the newer renovated room.

Have stayed in this hotel a few times,great location/staff/rooms/price/food ......just renovations on going constant drilling after 10:00am all day .....if you have a late flight and need your sleep confirm a quiet room if there is one ........
