We spent 5 days in this hotel, combination pleasure / business in the Thai Suite (18th floor) and had a great time. There's not much not to like at this hotel.
If one had to name something; location is not close to great shopping and Spa is overpriced. As we're mainly interested in a good, relaxing massage and don't want to pay a lot more for the "fancy" spa experience/the "trimmings", we did not even try it out because of price.
instead, we booked a 90 minutes oil massage on 2 occasions at the nearest Health Land Spa outlet, where we had an excellent massage for Bht 1700 per person (compared to Bht 5800 per person in the hotel).
Nevertheless, would stay again at the Peninsula without hesitation.
