We stayed as a family in a 2 bedroom suite which was perfect for us. This also gave us access to the club lounge and benefits such as laundry within the price of the suite. There are cheaper places to stay but this hotel offers a touch of luxury from the welcome drink right through to checking out.

Room Tip: The 2 bed suites make for a very comfortable family stay

A very stylish hotel. We were impressed with our room on the 57th floor and other areas of the hotel. The view from the Breakfast area was fabulous to look out to. We paid a fair price for the high quality of the hotel and the top service.

My wife and I stayed at Bayan Tree on our last night in Thailand. We we first arrived in Bangkok at the beginning of our trip we had spent 3 nights at the Hansar Hotel (you can see our review on Trip Advisor) and after getting back from Phuket we decided that we wanted to try somewhere different and settled on Banyan Tree due to the promised view which didn't disappoint.

The rest of the experience was pretty mediocre though. First of all Banyan Tree feels like a large commercial hotel. The reception is very busy, you don't get offered a welcome drink or a hand towel to cool off (which every other hotel we've stayed at in Thailand has.) I think the busyness of the reception is due to the popularity of Vertigo and Moon Bar people not necessarily staying at the hotel. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a Club Suite but calling it a suite is a bit generous. It's a room with a small couch and a desk. We had a drink at the Moon Bar and the view was amazing as was the price of the drinks (but that's not unexpected.) Strangely enough the taxi that we took to the airport from Banyan Tree used his meter and we paid for the tools separately and it worked our to less than 300 Baht all inclusive. We we took a taxi from Hansar in Bangkok which is not far from Banyan Tree the arranged a flat fee of 500 Baht with the driver. Just something to think about.

In short, if i was to go back to Bangkok, I'd rather stay at Hansar than Banyan Tree.

Absolutely amazing! Highly recommended. Since they picked us up at the airport the treat was five stars. The reception is working with a high quality helping you in everything. The food of the service room just like the restaurant.

Had a charge staying for two nights on business trip.
Well It has anything you need for business trip. We can walk to shopping mall in front of the hotel where We can buy anything with 'normal' Price.
Would love to stay again later.... Not on business but on vacation

Very good staff, very good room and beautiful bathroom! Perfect amenities (swimming pool, restaurants, skybar, lobby with live music everyday). Perfect night for a first stay in Bangkok after a very long flight from Paris!

We bought promotional package through Luxury Link - 3 night stay in One-Bedroom Suite for very good price. After check in we arrived to our room and found out that it isn't suite... Called to reception and they apologized that they didn't told us correctly. Our suite was not ready and that was temporary room. And right now, suite is ready to move. We found it as total [--]... If we wouldn't call, they would remain us in standard room...
