Dear Guest

Many thanks for sharing your feedback with us on this website following your recent stay with us.

I was pleased that you enjoyed our excellent location on Sukhumvit road with the connection to Nana BTS station so close and convenient to travel around Bangkok. Thank you for your comment reagrding the limousine service. We do carry out regular bench marking for our service and find this to be very competitive with competing hotels, particularly when providing a very safe and secure arrival experience into Bangkok.
Thank you for your appreciation of our breakfast at the Atrium and I was delighted that it has met your expectation.

It is very pleasing to learn that you enjoyed your overall experience in our hotel, and many thanks for selecting The Landmark during your stay in Thailand and we do look forward to welcoming you back in the very near future.

With kind regards

Should i consider myself a VIP LANDMARK guest? In fact they adressed me likewise, due to the fact that i stayed 2012 , 2013 six times at the LANDMARK hotel, over 70 nights total.
But here is how VIP guests are sometimes treated by employees and the director himself.
Specially at LANDMARK hotel. Specially if you are in the unfortunate situation that KRIS PONSUWAN takes care of you. A very special care as you will soon find out.

KRIS PONSUWAN now senior sales manager is unable to keep his promesses. At each stay he tried to take some benefits away. Higher price, lower room cathegory, reduced free laundry service...it didnt stop there. The last time this behavior reached its climax. After fixing a certain price and room level for my next stay he simply changed the prices (higher) and room cathegory (lower) shortly before my arrival.
You hardly can believe this? Ask me for the mail correspondence.
After i talked to him personally he later again changed the conditions we negotiated and agreed on.
Talking and acting like an immature angry child who far to soon has been given a certain negotiation power under a director DOUGLAS GLEN who never shows up and did not even consider answering the mails that i adressed him personally (so dont get fooled that his responses here are written by himself and that he will get personally in touch with you...he will not!)

I sincerely hope that you will not stay at Landmark more then one time. The risk of getting a vip guest status with a very special vip PONSUWAN / GLEN treatement is far to high. You want to trust your hotel and trust the words of your sales manager? Simply dont choose LANDMARK.

If you talk with KRIS PONSUWAN be careful. Check your bills twice and never take his words for granted.
If you find in your mail some new rules like "THIS STAY ONLY ONE PIECE OF LAUNDRY FOR FREE!" (all this written in red, with an exclamation mark - of course- because of its importance) dont get upset. You were used to 4 pieces free? As usual? Think again. Its the PONSUWAN school teacher tactic in action. No you are not in a low key hostel, you are just interacting with KRIS one of the most untrustful hotel employees in Bangkok. And, by the way...if you have some complaints...dont look for the hotel director. He will not be here for you.

Room Tip: only the club floors are acceptable

Perfect location.
Helpful & friendly staff
Comfortable bed
Clean room

Room was a little expensive, but that should be expected for such a nice room.
Hotel is considered 5 star. Very nice on all counts.

I will stay here again on my future trips

Room Tip: I chose a corner room. Fantastic view of the city. Nice, large, clean room. Will stay again.

International hotel.
Wide service available.
Had twin bed room on the 20 th floor, with high standard. Comfortable bed, very clean bathroom.
Internet charged, which i found strange in this type of hotel level.
At time of my stay renovation going on 2 lower floors to upgrade rooms. So ask for renovated rooms if possible.
Restaurant on top floor looks classy and offers magnificent views of Bangkok skyline, not trsted tough, plenty of restaurants nearby.
Could not test spa service, recommended to book in advance.
Good location to visit the city, since public transportation nearby.
The area is very busy with tourist inthe evening and at night, and rather noisy. Therefore reccomend to ask for room in upper floors. The building insulation at 20 th floor not totally soundproof versus the outside.
Check if breakfast included in the room price, at time of visit charged more than 700 bath. Good quality.
A good hotl overall, but very little taste of thailand, felt like a 4 star international hotel.

What a fantastic hotel! The room was very comfortable and spotless clean. Lots of nice little touches that makes your life easy and relaxed. You can tell that they do everything to make their guests happy.
And now, the best part of staying at the landmark Bangkok: the SERVICE. Amazing!
Staff at all levels can't do enough for you. They are truly helpful and friendly. I can describe the service as old fashion and classy, the kind of service you only find in Palaces. I would strongly recommend to book a room on the Club Floor as you will be able to use the club lounge (complimentary) on the 31st floor. It has a great private club atmosphere, with a breakfast buffet away from the crowd and a wonderful happy hours (17.30 -19.30) with endless refills of wine and a great finger buffet, served by hostesses in long evening dresses. I was also impressed to see that Douglas Glen, the General Manager, was very visible, meeting some of his guests and having little chats with them . . . .
The location of the Landmark Bangkok is perfect: near the skytrain station Nana, with lots of busy little street with restaurants, bars, shops, etc. With the skytrain, it is very quick and easy to go to most of the shopping malls along Sukhumvit road. Finally, the rates at this wonderful hotel are very very affordable.

Room Tip: Rooms on the club floors are great.

We have known the Landmark for many years. On Friday 21 March, 2014 we hoped to enjoy the Buffet Dinner. The menu was excellent. The service was excellent but - the Buffet lacked three dishes. One was green salad - the bowl was empty. The chef brought same fresh salad to our table, The other two dishes were prawns. They never arrived. Come on Landmrk. This is not up to your standard.

Dear Guest

Thank you very much for taking the time and trouble to share your feedback with us following your recent visit to the hotel.

I was disappointed to learn that your visit to the Atrium did not meet your expectations and would like to take this opportunity to sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Regarding your comment on the buffet items dinner , it is clear that there should have been a more plentiful supply, particularly when we were anticipating to being so busy. The concerned department has already been made aware of your feedback and rest assured future improvement will be made.

We are normally very proud of the high standard we maintain throughout the hotel, and I am very sorry that we did not provide the standards which you, quite rightly, expect from us. We strive to ensure complete guest satisfaction at all times, in order to make every visit memorable and I do apologise that we did not achieve that on this occasion.
