We stayed here for 3 nights to get a flavour of Bangkok. Exceeded my expectations in value for money. We just had the standard room because we were going to be out far more than in. Okay, the room may have needed a decorating freshen up but it had everything we required. Good bathroom, well stocked with products. Efficient air conditioning, large bed a bit firm, but that's a personal opinion) Space for 2 chairs and a good quality tv.
The breakfast was superb, enough choice for the fussiest of guests. My top tip would be to have tea instead of coffee as the coffee was always tepid.
Very helpful at the front desk and also the young girls and boys who helped organise our taxis and get the rates sorted for us.
I thought the position of the hotel was great for our needs. Even if you have to take a taxi to some sights, they are so reasonable it's not a problem, unlike the traffic!
Loved Bangkok and when I return I won't hesitate in staying at The Rembrandt again.More
