Decent size room and rates for the deluxe room I got. Stay there for 3 nights and had a decent experience. Staff are friendly but the pool isn't that clean. Location is little far from BTS; it took around 10 mins to walk there and it could be a pain during the current monsoon season.

Staying in Narai Hotel in Silom road is very convenient for both business and tourist in Bangkok .
From this hotel to many business offices are not so far , to the banks also quite near , to big department stores also very convenient .
Every body know that traffic in Bangkok ia not so good , so choosing the good location hotels is quite important . We don't need to take much time on the taxi or car for traveling.
So I choose Narai Hotel with the above reason as well as the reasonable price of room
I will be back to this hotel

Very large bustling hotel which appears to be used by numerous coach parties or large groups. Location fabulous as within walking distance of night market, bazaars and shopping areas. Room very large and spacious with all mod cons and tea and coffee making facilities.
Only gripe was the shower in the bathroom- the pull out lever wouldn't stay out along with making the most horrendous noise. We weren't the only ones with this problem as we could here the room next door's bathroom doing exactly the same thing!!
One thing to watch - avoid the taxi's outside the hotel as they overcharge tremendously....we wanted to go to Khosan Rd and were quoted 600BHT....walking down the road and getting a metered taxi it cost us only 80BHT.

One of most lively hotels I would have ever stayed in Bangkok. Bustling with activity round the clock. Location of the hotel in silom road is close to the shopping area and the night market of bangkok.

Room Tip: I stayed on the 4th floor and the rooms are very good

The bed was really big and comfortable. The breakfast is varied, European and Thai food to choose.
The hotel is located close to the night bazar, pubs and restaurants. Anyway, take a taxi is really cheap to reach any place there.

Our first trip to Bangkok we had a superior room,14th floor which was very nice. Loved how they made the hand towels and face cloths into rabbits with the lovely flowers. They were also on the desk, beautifully made. The bed was a king size and the room was clean and had tea or coffee making facilities. The bathroom let it down, needs to be renovated. We ran out of hot water one day, which was not good. Staff didn't seem to worry about it. The breakfast was great with lots to choose from. River walk just a short stroll away. Taxi's ordered at the desk was great.

It is our first trip to Bangkok. This hotel did not fail us. Everything is decent and clean.

Location: It is highly accessible to public transport. 5 minutes walk to Chongnonsi Station and 10 minutes walk to the infamous Patpong and Silom Station. Also, if you wanna check out the riverside it is just 115-20 minutes walk. There are a lot of tuktuk available outside but make sure to haggle and not be tricked! :)

Reception/Concierge: Very friendly, courteous and all smiles which is what thai people is famous for. They ensure that your stay is enjoyable. When you ask them something they deal with it right away and if there's any problem they will fix it.

Cleaners: I admire them. They clean your room thoroughly. Every morning they fix everything even your clothes they fold it and put it on top of your bed! 4 star service for the housekeeping right there

Amenities: Pool is reasonably deep! So if you got kids, be mindful as there is no on site life guard but there is some staff in the bar area that watches the area. I just don't know if he know how to swim :) Also, towels are provided as you go through the pool which is superb! Gym is nice and tidy and their lobby is always full of tour group so just hang in the pool area or in your room.

Room: We've upgraded on the spot into a family room and were very thankful for that! It was a newly renovated room and so spacious and 2 of my mates they've got a room on the 6th floor which is nice as well but a bit older than the rooms in the bottom floors but the view from their room is fantastic!

Restaurant: Best buffet breakfast I ever had. There is a wide variety of food from Continental, Asian, Mediterranean and American foods. Also, some food were cooked and prepared right in front of you! So good.

Plus+ There is a free shuttle transfer to MBK for those who loves shopping this is a great deal as you wouldn't have to arranged transport just book it at the concierge.

Overall, the stay is amazing it needs a bit of renovation due to the age of the hotel. But with their services I think its good enough :) Will definitely come back in the future.

Room Tip: Higher Floors got better view.
